Omg...the radio ads were bad enough...scare tactics...you could be arrested...not much has really changed...buying from an LP you just don't know for sure that that money isn't going to fund some political campaign...and well, what more is there to say about pesticides or the opiate crisis?....

Here's a fun fact: The RCMP are not concerned about someone smoking weed in vehicles while they are guarding Trudeau. I was in Nanaimo this morning and as I was driving out of the restaurant parking lot, Trudeau and his entourage drove by coming from the airport (he just called a by-election here). A couple of hours later we're coming around the corner near the ferry and a cop is standing in the middle of the road stopping traffic. My wife was driving and I was smoking a joint and I figured I was busted. The cop just stood there while Trudeau walked out of the building, waved at people and got into a van....then he let us continue. No way he couldn't have smelled the weed.

Nothing has changed in BC - it was practically legal before October. There hasn't been a crackdown on grey or black market growers/sellers and nobody is jonesing for a government store. BC missed a golden opportunity to create a cannabis tourism industry to capitalize on the 'BC Bud' reputation. There should be cannabis bars, vape lounges, growing co-ops and the biggest craft grower network in the country.Of all places, BC should be leading the way. It's not.

Watch the rat-out lines they create soon enough......I've been saying that for over 2 years.
Telling the do gooders and the giddy legal schwagg buyers how we're stealing tax dollars from kids with cancer and puppies and kittens who were kicked and abused......by stoners of course.

Ah, well. Thanks. Even though they say it's 'legal'... I don't trust them, lol. There'll always be something. Also, kind of hard to un-condition ourselves! Will always be looking over my shoulder, I figure.
Am still sorting out the whole grow thing - and find the actual growing to be just as therapeutic as the smoke - once the bank acct recovers from all that initial layout for "stuff". Hung out with some growers many moons ago, but no-one shared their secrets or knowledge - so "Thanks a lot guys!" Didn't learn a damn thing.

You are allowed 4 rec per house but no one is coming to count. If you're growing 10 for medical use and you're not selling I doubt any court would convict anyway.That's pretty

I have a feeling the courts are going to be tested in the future, on a few different levels.
There's still so many reasons to be stealthy though, eh? Like the neighbour next door... who lights fences on fire in the middle of the night, or sprays poison on the lawn... "That guy." Lucky me, haha.

Yup if you supply anyone under 19 you can get up to 14 years. You can rape a kid and get less....stupid as hell.
The cheapest and easiest way to grow may be outdoor if your setup is ok. As you mentioned there are things that may make that impossible. But if you can it's maybe the best way to get some weed inexpensively. The plants will grow big and provide you with a good amount if they grow decent. You can condition the soil and don't need many nutrients that way. So cheap cheap cheap.
Indoor is fun but much more costly.
