You could try propylene glycol. That is what is in Vape oils. I mix my rosin with PG and vape it. As far as safety I have no idea but it has been used in asthma inhalers for 50 years.

The rosin just mixes right in, I just apply a tiny bit of heat and it becomes saturated. Never tried using oil instead of rosin but there is no reason it shouldn't work. The solution is a saturated solution it is not a mechanical mixture.

That stuff is just PG + some fragrances. Such a rip off lol. 30ml of that for 20$ or 1L of PG for 20$....

Most use a mix of 70/30 PG/VG. But VG (vegetable glycol) is not necessary. It is responsible for the big clouds vapers blow, but PG will work just fine on its own. Some people prefer the mixture for smoothness etc.
I just use 2-3ml of PG per 1g of rosin. not sure what you mean with %...I use straight PG.

Finding a mix where the thc wont separate is not easy. Hence mj mix.
The other issue is..... the thc burnes and the juice vapes. Clogs cartriges.
Finding a mix level that tastes good is another thing.
I gave up more than five years ago with it.
Better to just dab using a pen.

I have another coil that is a dual quartz wrapped coil, and for that I just drop the rosin in straight. It makes me cough too much so I don't use it much. Works good though, built one for my neighbor and he and his son love it.

After lots of reading seems a tiny amount of PEG and the rest PG seems to work pretty good and keep the substances from separating. Just have to get the right method of mixing the items. As for oils/pens being a FAD, I doubt it. I see tons of them at clubs and raves and I have customers who sell 100's of refill per month and people keep using them in cheap Alibaba pens.that they sell. Its all about convenience.
