QB 288 v2 ScrOG 15" head-room still stretching. Need Help

Hey Folks,

The title says it all. I'm about to start Flowering in Week 2 tonight growing Duke Diamond's Vault C99 x C99S1 and Jinxproof's Madcap (9lb Hammer x Mothertongue). I'm growing in a 5ft cabinet and the lights are as high as they can go. Right now there is 15" between the canopy and lights and i'm afraid that it will grow past the 12" distance the light company recommends. Do i keep on scrogging until week 3, or is it ok if they go past 12" and just turn down the lights. My plan right now is to keep on weaving until budlets show but would that be too late? Here is a recent pic. Any advice or critique is welcome and needed. Thanks All

In Flowering I run my Quantum boards anywhere from 8-10 inches . And I have the same lights as you. so you should be fine to let them get a little closer

If you need to, just bend them where they need to go.
Once they've got a nice little snowball on the top, they're done stretchin.

That’s great news! Thank you! I just wish I could get my temps lower! I got the window Unit on 69 degrees. Unfortunately I don’t have Central air

Got it. Jinxproof said Madcaps don’t stretch but with the 11/13 lighting they sure as hell are. Nothing like a Sativa (NLD) though.
