First time grower here so yesterday I made a post about my soil still to wet etc etc these girls only been planted for 5 day now ...
Yesterday I mixed some of soil up in pot so it wasn't so compact and made air pockets to let to dry which is helping but today I got home from work and just touched top soil and swishes around abit and my autoflower quickone seedling fell right over and was out of the soil completely and I quickly made a hole and put it back in straight am I fine ???? I am scared was growing nicely had first pair of leaves growing please help asap

Hmm soil still swishing around after work sounds like bad drainage to me... Or was the soil just loose?
Honestly you're probably fine, I've done that before with not much bad damage done to the roots and things were fine... Just leave it alone... Also perilite added to soil for air pockets and drainage go a long way if not already using... good luck! You'll know quickly if you killed it...

^ agree, make sure you have drainage, I shouldn't think it would be floating around like that after a day and I don't know what you mean by you're mixing soil around making air pockets if there's roots in there? leave it alone and don't water it for a while

No damage at all just loose soil made fall over and I had to reposition it but I was holding it in my hand it out of the soil this picture is after I replanted

I've had a couple unscrew themself from the soil it's not great they lived, but the part that I don't get is how you can say is still water on the top after a day? like was said above you need to check your drainage that doesn't sound right, good luck

No one said there is still water I just said that the soil is really wet still no pooling of water nothing I moved soil around with my hand and root was growing sideways not downwards so it made it come out the soil there is no run off no excess water soil has soaked it up just dont dry because no proper lighting or heat
