I'm honestly not sure. He does a great job convincing some people he know what hes talking about but then if you even have half a clue what your doing and you read his advice you have a aneurism.


It's like drying in paper bags.

Litterally nobody does that that has been doing this for any length of time. Its just stupid.
I almost wish I could remember some of the real gems of advice he has given but I do my best to forget everything he posts as fast as possible so the stupid doesnt seep in.

I’ve done it a few times now never had one problem at all. There is actually quite a bit of information on this on the internet from reputable sources. It’s a more hands on approach you have to air the buds out every day. You honestly think I’m letting my hard work grow mold? Come on, just because it ain’t your way doesn’t mean it don’t work.

Dry trimmed the branches are separated but still on the buds as is the fan leaves.
Wet trimmed everything is removed in the process of trimming so less overall loss.
The buds still lose the same ratio of water, just more shit that isn't in the end product been weighed when dry trimming.
I hope that makes sense. Im ruined right now.

I think I have noticed the opposite..
When you wet trim you remove more sugar leaf and there less plant material in the end.
When you dry trim more of the sugar leaf is pulled into the drying bud.
It could be differant for everyone... but I really dont see less from dry trimming vs wet trimming. If anything the dry trim erb keeps more weight ime..

Yeah that's seems logical.
I wasn't saying I lose less wet trimming , just there is more dead weight weighing wet on a dry trim product., more branch or bigger stalks that is eventually removed at the end stage.
I can see how in the final result there would be a bit more weight when dry trimmed like you say.

Like i was even in the same league as half you lot, talk enough rubbish and you get burnt.

I just widened the divide between you, the industry a load of rubbish knowledge and us long term growers who didnt need to suffer that bs and already knew how to grow dry and sell without your input.

Ive said it many times and aint hiding zilcho, at some point i juat got bored of being on a site dominated by five year olds.... bite me :-)

I wet trim.
Then i weigh it out.
And i find that once the buds hit 62% rh for curing im at about a 75 to 78% weight loss from wet weight. And its very consistent.
I like doing it this way because i know my final weight pretty to a 1/4 zip as soon as im done triming.

Says the guy who once told me to put a hlg 320 12 inches from my canopy, at full wattage during preflower. You know, the same guy who shit talks all led' in general, the same guy who does not even use led, never mind have a clue about it. Yeah that seems like some awesome advice. It seems like you try to sabotage people's grows. Man, I'm sure glad I didnt listen to you! I dont even know you, ive never even talked to you out side of the bullshit info you gave me. Your a micro grower. I've been doing this 10 years I know exactly how to read temp. Laser thermometer every point in the room from the floor to the ceiling. I take about 10 readings.
But go ahead thinking your the only one who knows anything in a world where 100's of thousands of people are likely growing.
