I think I am getting close to harvest......lots of brown pistils....

"The color of the pistils changes from bright white to rusty orange or brown at the end of the plant’s flowering phase."

Can anyone tell by looking at this pic?

its hard to tell from that picture. but it looks more like 10-14 days at least. the hardest part of growing is not harvesting early.

if you could turn off the purple light. turn on the camera flash. take a picture of the whole plant. then take a picture of some colas up close.

Yeah quite awhile still. Need to get that light above the plant and get her bent over somehow.

Yea you have over a month left for sure. She’s got a lot of weight to put on still. Not even close. How far into flower are you?

Look like she got away from you there. Your lower growth will be non existent with your light hanging like that. Really need some tent management I think. You’ve got so much unused space. Gotta LST etc. To make better use of your light. And it will also keep your plants shorter.

Low Stress Training, bending the main cola so your side branches get more light. The plant will react to this and invest more energy into those side branches. Any branch can be bent not just the main. The rough idea is to bend the tallest parts of your plant so lower growth can receive more light and, in turn, will grow stronger and reach for the light. In the end you will have many more stronger bud sites that receive far more light and a nice even canopy. How long did you let her veg for?

Been flowering about a month, since 3/16........Going to do some tent mgmt today....bending and light adjustments.......will take new pics - best looking bud it at the top of the plant.....

How long did she veg for? Strongest bud sites are always closest to the light. Marijuana plants will grow like a Xmas tree in its natural state, with only 1 main cola. LST and other methods (topping, fimming etc) will create more than one main cola. You could easily have 2,4 or more and your yields will be much more. I’m just learning also! Definitely research LST, topping. It will get you way more buds!
