So if I understand right your not adding much fertilizer at all because your tap water is almost the same ppm as your water + fertilizer.
I could be giving you bad advice but I would try 1/4 teaspoon jacks citrus per gal of water. And ensure to do 20% run through. Then see how they look. They may need more?
It does not look like nitrogen def but others here will know better then me.

nirvana original glue feeding 200-250 ppm of jacks citrus and a bit of Epsom salts . Well water with 150-200 ppm in it. Plant is under 315 cmh lights
Fuck the salt and bring your ppm up too at least 700 ppm (I used 900ppm) with a good grow formula.(high N)
Your starving your plant.
Oh, one more thing make sure your ph is around 6,3, very important.
Good luck

My ph is at 6.2-6.3 I’m in promix I was watering to runoff but the last bit I have been watering with 250 ppm of jacks at every watering and then flushing weekly. I’ve been working lots lately and having not much time to take proper care of them

Your plant needs more food as @Jimdamick said. High in Nitrogen

PH is perfect, but you have to bring your ppm up, like double it, and fuck the flushing, it's really a waste of your valuable time

The plant is hungry in general. Magnesium and phosphorous right off the bat. The purple stem and petioles too often gets blamed on magnesium when it’s usually phosphorous deficiency. This is why a lot of guys have the purpling and can’t fix it even with magnesium supplements until it just magically goes away on its own in flower. It didn’t go away on its own. It started gettin bloom nutes with more phosphorous. Seeing mg problem though for sure. Not seeing nitrogen issue so what are you feeding it again?
