Should I defoliate the top canopy more? (18 days into flowering, already lollipop topped)

I removed amount 33-45 fan leaves today that were not getting enough light , I am worried about stressing her out as she is flowering. Should I wait a few weeks before I do more or should I do it during the last 3 weeks before harvest?

It looks pretty thinned out to me, I would leave it. Appears to be coming along great.

Maybe you're on to something, but I've never removed leaves with the exception of little dead ones lying in the dirt at the base.

Thank you, I saw a lot of growers who had the top canopy almost empty with the exception of a few sugar leaves. I personally do not feel comfortable doing that much. Also quick question, I have Quantum Board V2 500w top, One blue purple (800w advertised but 240 W actual ) on the side and bottom so all the stems gets a decent amount of light. I am worried that might be bad for the plant as I have never seen anyone do that .

Let's pray it is doesn't have any detrimental effect on my plant, putting one light on the floor seemed like a good idea but there must a reason why no one does it.

I'm gonna guess the light wouldn't last long flat on its back.

It's getting some light in there but most of us use lst for that.

It wasn't a bad idea. I just think there are better ways to achieve the same goal.
