Hes doing good in school and does everything he is expected to do. Hes 15, hes going to smoke even if I didn't allow him to. I remember being a kid and I wasn't allowed to do a lot of the things I did. Only differance is my parents had no control over anything I did because it was always done at someone elses house.Did you really get you 15 yo a bong??? How's he doing in school?
The developmental goal of adolescence is separation from the parent and abstract thought. Therefore it is normal and natural to hide things from parents as you get ready to leave the parental home and assume adult autonomy. You don't know what those things are and no adult had much 'control' over their adolescent's behavior. They only have an illusion of it in so much as that teen chooses to appear compliant, because we never know what is going on in another's mind.Hes doing good in school and does everything he is expected to do. Lucky for them I knew better than to fuck with hard drugs that I was offered and pretty much always around. This way I see everything he is doing and I can step in if needed since most of the time him and his friends are at my house.
I'd much rather the communication between us stay open than for him to think he needs to hide stuff from me. He knows what is expected of him and what happens if he slips up.
LOLI only have two rules for my kids
You can not smoke weed until you finish high school and my daughter can not date until i am dead
Yea it has two bowls. No he is not allowed to drink nor does he want to. The weed comes from a variety of places. I also don't smoke weed or drink.Nice bong, does It have 2 bowls? The pineapple upside down is a favorite too.
Knowledge of is not the same as, approval of, nor facilitation of, a criminal act.
With gifts like that you may get to spend a lot of quality time together.
edit: More questions.
Who is supplying the weed?
Does he drink alcohol in your presence too?

I'd be worried about him telling all his friends to look at this cool present my pop bought me, and then them telling other people about the bong and then that info getting in the ears of the wrong people.Hes doing good in school and does everything he is expected to do. Bra ha ha ha! I could only guess where this thread could go and it has exceeded my expectation! I tried not to be judgmental even as I assumed your son smoked for the "medical" benefit. Don't we all, bra ha ha!Happy toking birthday to your son.
And yes, I would like a little bit of both. Thanks.
