when i have leftovers from rolling and the stuff left in the grinder I put it all together in a container and I’ve taken to calling it bologna. What does everyone else do?

Grind >pack >smoke >repeat. If there's a little left from last time, so what? Unless I'm trying a new crop or variety, I smoke a blend 99% of the time.

In my circles we've always called it a mixed salad when it's a blend, but we've called herb salad for decades.
"I just made a bowl of salad, you want in?", "Wanna throw down on a mixed salad", "How much salad you want?" People just think you love salad.
