Years ago I worked for a HVAC company and my old boss there would make a dry rubbed smoked brisket....oh man was it ever good. He would make homemade coleslaw too.

Slice up some of that smoked brisket and put it on a Kaiser roll with a heaping spoonful of his homemade coleslaw on top of the meat, it was the best.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't Jewish though, sorry
