When to flower?!

It's not clearly a male. You circled leaves and call them sacs? And now it's a male?

Here is a update on the plant 6 weeks now and still cannot tell what sex it is ??
Your plant looks nice and healthy from what I'm seeing good job! I would definitely get it flowering at this point unless you have a large area and light source. It's going to stretch 2x maybe 3x it's current size. Keep the branches supported so they can grow nice fat nugs. And in when it finishes stretching I would suggest removing the lowest sucker branches, and lowest inner budsites that won't get light. This will allow the plant to focus it's growth on the upper sites.

Well that's what I was hoping to here out of all of this! I have put into flowering 12/12 cycle tonight and will keep everyone updated until we can figure out for sure what she/he is

Good glad to hear it :). Now I will comment on a little more.

First I see zero signs I sex so far. I'm going to look into the stem thing that wingak mentioned but have never heard of that before. And those pictures do not show any actual signs of sex. I'm not saying that wing is wrong about the sex, it could still be a male, I'm just saying I don't see any sexy parts to say for sure.

Secondly when you switch the lights tonight the plant won't instantly be in flower. It's going to take 7-14 days typically for the plant to "transition" from veg to flower. Flowering actually begins when the plant starts forming flowers it's a simple biology thing :).

Thirdly ignore all breeder time frames for flower time! Your plants and your grow room are different from the breeder. So your plants will not usually flower the same. If you want to count weeks so you have an idea how long it's flowering go for it but it won't be done at a specific week or day.

I would have uploaded earlier but it wouldn't let me. Anyways in this first pic from wing you can clearly see those are the tips of new growth or new leaves.

In the second pic I've circled 2 more things the top 1 looks suspiciously like a sac but could be new growth. the bottom 1 looks like a calyx.

just a quick picture to help you. The plant on the left is female notice the stalk has lines but isn’t bulging out? The plant on the left being male the stalk has lines that bulge out.
