Two weeks for that? Too wet, not enough light, maybe too cold at night depending on where you're at. Bring that thing inside under a light at 18/6 or 24/7 until it gets bigger if you can.

i dont have lights i only can use the house lamp if its ok

Try and keep it out in full sun throughout the day. House lights as in incandescent? If so that won't do much but make it stretch. Even a couple of LED bulbs with the globes removed will work for a seedling. I've seen people using them. They're not ideal but they are inexpensive and won't break the bank getting some additional light on that seedling.

There are vegetable grow lights available at stores near you! 20 bucks will get you everything you need. Maybe less if you're smart. Definitely go 24/7 with say a 10-15 watt bulb that has the right specifications for what you're trying todo, temperature and humidity also important

i cant do that because i dont have any place inside to put it

Sure, use the LED instead. You should be more focused on keeping the pot warm, I noticed in that photo it looks like its in a basement sitting on the floor, what are the temps in there?

yeah its kinda cold im gonna move a heater down there tonight what tempeture should i keep there ?
and is it ok if humidity is like 40-60 %
