Or you could have a look on this item itc-608t which is able to control the temp and humidity simultaneously...
It's in 20% off sales right now, lol
That model model can only heat or cool and humidity or dehumidify right? I run a small sealed space and need the ability to do heat and cool as well as humidify and dehumidify but he may not. That's why I recommend the seperate inuts

I have an AC unit and space heater setup on the temp controller i linked you, you can set day and night temps, in fact you can set 12 different temps if you like. Its programmable by minuets, hours or days. It can be a little confusing to setup the first time but if you get it and need any help just ask, once you do it once its easy.

The humidity sensor i linked, i have a humidifier and a dehumidifier hooked up to. Its simple to setup and will automatically turn on the humidifier or dehumidifier to keep the ranges that you specify.

Both you can set at the temp or humidity you want and then the differential that you want each to come on. E.G. I set my air temp to 78F and my hi diff at 2F and my low diff at 2 so at 80F my AC comes on and cools to 78F then shuts off if the temps drop to 76F the heater comes on and heats to 78F then shuts off. Then for my dark period I do about 8F cooler so 70F with the same diffs, so when my lights go out I provide 30 min for temps to cool gradually before the AC will kick in if its still at 72 or over. Same thing with the humidity controller only its set and forget.

I also run a Co2 controller because im growing in a sealed room so you may use the controller a bit different.

For instance if temps are high it will kick on the exhaust fan and if they are low it will turn on the heater. If humidity is high it will turn on your exhaust fan or a dehumidifier and low will turn on your humidifier.

Added: the beauty of these controllers is that they run anything you plug into them so you can use different equipment to achieve what you want

Yeah those inkbirds are really awesome, little confusing at first to setup like he said but it's not too bad. My intake air is coming from a swamp cooler outside my tent, I use the humidity controller to control the swamp pump. Keeps my tent nice and cool and can up my RH to 70% no problem for veg.

I don't grow in tents but if its in a small room it may be easier to control the humidity in the room the tent is in rather than the tent itself. Best to let the tent guys/gals tell ya how its done. There are many ways to use these controllers. Like @Axion42 explained.

I bought the itc-308 Wi-Fi one.. not sure if it's got day/night settings. But can control it via an app while I'm out. (Anyway to turn the alarm sound off)??
And it's attached to exhaust fan only
And bought the same ihc200 for humidity.. and connected that to both humidifer and de/humidifier.
Was looking at some cheap tube heaters to work alongside the exhaust fan but doubt I'll need them with the hot weather around the corner..

Hylite 4ft Eco Tube Heater (180W) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ID9MECC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_mnY0CbHB9Y77P

What do you guys think anyway to heat a small area??...

Co2 I'll be leaving out for sure.. until I've got this hydro lark down to a tee..

And speaking of teas.. heisenbergs. I found the thread for microbe tea and wondered if I should try this?.. or the pool shock route?..

Either way.. I'm struggling to find any of the ingredients needed or the chlorine concentrate.

My roots still look the same (black) and there's a bit of root debris floating around the res's..
And some of the newer growth has a darker green almost bluish shade to it. Finding an answer to this is confusing as it may or may not be a deficiency.

I desperately don't want to lose this crop... so any half tidy advice be appreciated.

Get bennies, cheap ones are fine. Or make your own tea from EWC. I suggest a product called kangaroots, and if you are feeling fancy, a dash of rhizotonic works wonders in DWC.
I started using a bit of sensizym before I read your post.
And in the post.. it read not to use any zyme type thing from AN.
Reasoning for this? ( I didn't read all the replies if this has already been asked)
I'll look up kangaroots..
And happen to own a bottle of rhizotonic...
Can I mix with sensizym?( And does it work alongside AN 3part nutes)Or do i need a fresh res?
Cheers JG

Turn the Alarm high setting to like 200F as seen on the display as AH and turn the low alarm to like 0F as seen on the display as AL.

If you keep day/night temps the same you will see a difference in your node spacing. This can sometimes be desirable with some sativa's or during stretch but indica's are usually more compact. Just so you are aware I would do a min. of 5F diff for day/night. I'm not sure if the app lets you do this or not.

That heater should work but i would place it low in the tent.

Changing things constantly will give you issues and stress the plants this only what i would try in your situation other may have better advice

I don't see any circulating fans, you should have a gentle breeze on the plants so they are moving a bit, best practice is indirect airflow to prevent wind burn.

Its not the best practice but download a light meter app and use that to adjust your light to about 10000-15000 lumens at the top of the plants. Light drives growth so if you are over this amount at this stage with problems its going to make them worse faster. Ideally yes you want more but slowing the growth to help ease the demand on the root system is something i would try at this point.

Take a 5 gal pail of RO and wash/remove the dead roots very very gently then do a rez change and add some hydrogaurd if you can 2ml/Gal. I have never run sterile but it does work someone else may help you if you go that route.

Cut the PPM to 500-600. I have never used PH perfect.

Temps at 24C and RH 55-60%

Then wait several days... pay attention to the roots if you are seeing new growth there is hope. Take pics every day and compare. As for the leaves don't worry about the old growth but pay attention to the new growth only.

Stress on plants is a killer and the more you mess with the more problems you are likely to have. Consider the first time growing a learning experience and hopefully by the end you have a ton more knowledge and something to smoke.

In DWC my advice is to stay away from any enzyme product because it tends to encourage root slime. As for AN microbe products, they are horribly overpriced, and for some reason many DWC growers report them making problems worse, although there is no real reason why they should and the evidence is anecdotal.

I like kangaroots because a bottle lasts forever and it has a nice variety of microbes. You only need to use it until you establish a nice robust root base, at which point you want to discontinue so as not to divert energy from canopy growth.

The rhizotonic is for young plants or plants that need help recovering. It should work along side AN just fine. I wouldn't worry about the sensizym that's already in there if it were me. I just wouldn't use it again.

I didn't think of adjusting the max like that. The alarm would be annoying.
The app do3s let you set the differential

Node spacing is extremely compact atm with the MH light on them.. only one had decided to stretch which I've topped this time as opposed to the fim it had a fortnight ago.
I have 2 fans in there running all the time. One directed at the light keeping it cooler and another clip on.. This keeps them dancing..
I've raised the light somewhat and will deffo check the roots daily.
Going to pick up more RO water soon and clean off the roots as you said.
The roots do appear to be growing still.. nice and white at the bottom.. just black and clogged at the top.
Finding hydroguard is tough. Amazon search brings up rhizotonic only.. I like the idea of bennies of sterility.
The Jack (not so) flash was deffo a trial run as I have nl5haze seeds ready to go..
But as I'm banned from drinking and unable to work..I'd want something to smoke after squandering all my monies on grow gear :-D

I agree with the pricing.. 5L of voodoo juice £180/$233... lol.. behave!
Kangaroots is unavailable to me and most of the tea recipe is either discontinued or unavailable. I have found alternatives.
And will try to find as best I can. Until then I will do as Aquaman posted and rinse the roots off and run rhizo to see if I get any further improvements/failures until things get delivered (unfortunately none are on prime)

Thanks both for your time!!
Cheers

That should work for now. There is also this product if you can find: https://www.amazon.com/Southern-Ag-Friendly-Biological-Fungicide/dp/B00VXQG23O
Its cheap and I personally have never used but its the same type of bacteria as hydrogaurd and have heard from others its works well for them.
I found a site which sells specific bacillus bacteria. Only some is written in English tho lol.

http://www.agrobacterias.com/en/products/bactofil

Other interesting products too..

There is also mycorrhydro on Amazon..

The Nutrient Company TNC MycorrHydro - Soluble Mycorrhizal fungi inoculant w/Trichoderma (300g) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00A9U7DFQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Wme1CbQS9PFQT
