Help with 1st Grow

Hello all. I’ve been scouring the forums for years but just deciding to get into growing my own medicine. This is my first attempt but I’ve been doing the research for quite some time. Here’s my current setup:

600w Viparspectra full spectrum LED
3x3x6 Apollo tent
200cfm in-line fan with carbon filter
5x Seedsman fem white widow
5x Seedsman fem Jack herrer

Currently have FFOF soil and perlite to mix into it. I also have the trio of nutrients from their line and sledgehammer for flushing.

Down to the questions. So basically I’ve been decided on growing a single plant at a time to “perfect” my method and better learn to care for the plants. What method is preferred here? I intend to start with my WW. Assuming that Scrog would be my easiest, most effective method, but being completely new to growing I want to get it right the first time. Am I better off with multiple plants? SCROG? Any other tips or recommendations?

For your first time you'd be better off with one in my personal opinion. Better off only making a potential mistake to one plant vs five of them. And the best advice is dont over think it, its just a plant. If you're going to be using chemical nutrients its always best to start with small dosages to avoid burning the plants. Good luck with your first grow!

i can already tell you what your mistakes will be
1 FFOF soil you will burn your seeds because you will sprout them in that. its too hot to use for small plants
2 the 600w Viparspectra is junk i use it i know. you will use it on the blue setting and get slow crappy growth ( use this light with both switches on all the time veg plus flower)
3 you will over water your plant
4 depends where you live you will have a hot grow room what is bad
5 you will get fungal gnats due to your grow room temps being to hot (200cfm in-line is not enough air movement for a 3x3)
6 you will over feed your plant with nutrients ( wrong ppm/ec)
7 you will give the wrong ph water
and the list could go on and on
most this happens to me my 1st grow

i read your first bulletin and stopped because your first statement was false. I put all my seedlings in ffof with zero issues. It has nice low doses of nutrients to get your plants into the first couple weeks of veg with no problems.
