its more k than cal I did both foliar and root
You foiliared BK and root drenched it? I wouldn't do that again!! No need to worry about what the deficiency is, need to get a good slurry test to see what's going on, then can figure best way to proceed. Guessing it's potassium can just compound the problem, too much K and the plant stops taking up calcium!!

wasn't same day was about a couple days before feeding with the bk in it[/Q

Need to keep Cal flowing, every time BK is applied if soil is in range it uses all the Calcium it can find, so that calcium needs to be replaced b4 attempting more BK applications, if its not there it rips through other remaing nutrients and drives them in with no calcium, this crashes the soil and causes it to be off balance showing any # of deficiency signs but like bubba said, we usually see tip curl and twisty leaves because its not getting away from us too bad....just a sign to pull back BK and bump the Calcium. When more advanced deficiency signs show then calcium is nowhere for the plant to access and need to get it back in fast!!

I use megacrop its 100% water soluable.
I don't know much about it but you asked about amending soil with it originally correct? You don't want to amend soil with products that are water soluble, they will wash out relatively quick....idea to amending is to apply meals that are slower to break down and become available so there's always something there when the plant wants it.
