Yea, this is my first coco grow. Been growing for years in soil and moved to dwc and rdwc. I rinsed my coco thoroughly prior to planting. I use advanced nutrients ph perfect and have not noticed any deiciencies at all (so far lol) currently about 3 weeks into flower. Havent added any dolomite lime. But Maybe its the ph perfect thats enabled me to not have to use it??Sorry man I was just answering your question on this page I thought you were trying to find cheap coco.
You dont need any soil if you wanna grow in coco it is an inert medium so you need to provide all the nutrients.
Anyway if you wanna grow in coco then you can either buy bags of coco from the hydro store and it is ready to go, or you can save a few bucks and buy from bunnings but you need to prep it first - you need to flush the salts out then add the dolomite lime to buffer it so you dont get deficiencies, mostly magnesium. Its simple but takes an hour or 2.
Bro quit being fuckin lazy, go find out the basic shit yourself, and at that point if you cannot find the answer come back and ask.So if I buy both, do I have to mix them or leave them separately to grow how does it work with soil I'm pretty lost myself honestly
Go to this websiteOk then is there any hydro shops online to buy it from that you recommend for me ? Or which website

You wouldn’t wanna buy it online cos the postage is more expensive that the bag itselfOk then is there any hydro shops online to buy it from that you recommend for me ? Or which website

Will you be putting in a second net? That first net isn't doing muchView attachment 4335253 Long time absent. But thought might post my first scrog grow. From a re-veg of Blue Cheese & Northern lights grow. End of Week 2 of flowering.
That’s a good setup bro nice and clean unlike mine lol, good to see old life pumped into this thread. Is that in 100% perlite or is it just the top coveredView attachment 4335253 Long time absent. Nice buds mate
Just top dressed it. Made the mistake of re-vegging out of the tent...fungus gnats. Under that is coco peat. That’s a good setup bro nice and clean unlike mine lol, good to see old life pumped into this thread. Is that in 100% perlite or is it just the top covered
I'll see how things pan out. First crack of scrogging; thought to try something different with the re-vegg. The tent is not up against the wall so I've got easy access front & rear. Last grow was fairly standard four plant, topped, with some LST.Will you be putting in a second net? That first net isn't doing much
Edit; the whole idea of scrog in a small enclosed space doesn't sit well with me, you can't move the plant, can't access the rear of the plants, wiring plants would be a hell of a lot easier.
I understand the benefits for commercial growers with heaps of floor space and long rows, maximising lighting on a flat even canopy for sake of consistency
You let it grow through the screen to much mate not telling u how to do tbings when i scrog i stick it over at the start of flower keep everytbing under until stretch over.I'll see how things pan out.
