Trying to get my outdoor plants to go back into veg

Hello everyone I just planted some plants outside last week and they are already flowering. Right now they're in my green house in my back yard and I put a light in there to try to get them to re veg! Right now we are getting about 4hr14min of day light here in CALIFORNIA. Will they re veg on their own or will I need to use my light? if i can use my light will 16/8 work? Sunrise is at 6am, sunset is 8pm, and i have the light on till 10pm!

I think you meant 14hrs 14 mins. But i got some gelato clones from a buddy that were flowering. It took about 2 weeks for most of them to reveg. I been putting them under lights tho. Starting at 18/6 and reducing by one half hour each day until they are on natural daylight schedule.

Yes 14hr my bad! I cant put them on 18hr bc I work hella early in the morning and cant stay up until midnight to unplug the light. I'd put them on a timer but I dont have a outlet outside and I cant leave my window open down stairs to run the extension cord out of bc I dont live in the greatest place

Damn. I feel you. I was unplugging at 12 till i got my timer. All tired the next day lol. The 16/8 and should work bruh. Mine took about 1 week to show new growth tips and 2 to actually revert back to vegging.

use a timer...i have a jight to supplement extra light....i set the timer for 5-6am and 8:30-10pm...easy peasy

oh sorry,i see u cant use a timer.....only thing u can do is bring them back inside and put on 18/6.u can leave them outside,but u will lose a lot of yield cause they can take forever to reveg due to the slower increase of daylight

They should naturally revert following progressively longer days.. should is the operative word. Mine did it last year and so far this year. Its always hard to tell when best to put the out, but they seem to always come back.

Top it and give in some nitrogen and it will have more of a chance to revert back to Veg..and of course give it a night light which is the best way

Is there any outside lighting that could be used to interrupt the dark time period ? Could a spot light from inside be directed onto the plants or are they too far away?

Would a couple of solar lights with some reflective material to optimize the light be possible?
