Ok great, maybe ill try one of those options, i only used the DM feature here and the chat feature on Cutter.Try direct emails.

[email protected] - seems like marks family doesnt get to travel and is good at mailing back. But as far as i i understand, cutter dont do status updates. Even if something is out of stock they will generally just wait until its in stock with no real communication.
I ended up calling them in the end and got my stuff sent out. You may need to do this too.
Not trying to make this a big deal, i would just like to know whats up with the order and when i should expect it to get here. I have plans and those strips are the main attraction lol
