[email protected] - seems like marks family doesnt get to travel and is good at mailing back. But as far as i i understand, cutter dont do status updates. Even if something is out of stock they will generally just wait until its in stock with no real communication.
I ended up calling them in the end and got my stuff sent out. You may need to do this too.
Ok great, maybe ill try one of those options, i only used the DM feature here and the chat feature on Cutter.

Not trying to make this a big deal, i would just like to know whats up with the order and when i should expect it to get here. I have plans and those strips are the main attraction lol

each email takes a few minutes of your time. mix in redundant questions from lazy ppl like @Airwalker16 and you can hire one person just to answer emails. which would make the product more expensive. looks like they save that money and rather spend the time on the products...

so far every one got their stuff, else you would read about it here

Oh im not concerned about getting what i ordered, i know they are legit and busy. My issue is time.


I agree with what your saying and understand how busy they must be, but i dont think im being out of line by asking the question or wondering whats up with the order.

Have to admit where i was wrong/mistaken. It hasnt been 10 days, its been 8 days. Then the weekend comes out of that as well. So business days, its prob only been 5-6 days, i dunno. seemed like longer, obv i was mistaken.

i guess its me being impatient .

All of those are in-set onto heatsinks? TheThen a solid piece on top with cut outs?
yes for the 288s and 96elites, no for the cutter strips, just so much thermal paste, so so much thermal paste, ugh.

I plan on running them softly, no higher then 525mA, 4 strips per XLG-50-AB

"Super Blue(15) 2x 385nm, 1x 400nm, 1x 410nm, 2x 410nm, 2x 440nm, 4x 450nm, 3x 475nm"

what is with the 1x 410nm AND 2x 410nm, are they different brands or are one of them 405 or 420 and not 410

Yes that is a typo. I have fixed that. The 2 leds repeated as 410 are in fact Semileds 420nm
