Watts don’t mean much to me...and it depends on the light...i don’t keep track cept when i pay my elec bill...
in a few weeks i hope to be training clones as 8-main plants... at that point, i’ll be able to tell you wattage under 288s, 96elites, and Prawn’s lights.
My lights are managed for intensity (ppfd), i start cuttings at 50 ppfd at tops 24:0, rooted cuttings and seedlings at 100-150 ppfd 18:6 or 20:4, ramping to 300 ppfd by 6th true node, to 600 ppfd by 12:12, to ~1050 as soon as they can handle it (i try to start 12:12 lights at same DLI as veg DLI, but the ppfd increase to do so at 12:12 usually requires a short ramp).
I state both ppfd and lightson:lightsoff hours, cuz i actually use DLI targets to manage time on : off decisions, based mostly on northern Cal/southern Or DLI outdoor DLIs.

Just to emphasize wattage vs ppfd point...
Here is summary from my just finished grow: both tents were running ~1050 ppfd and yielded essentially the same weights for clones of 4 diff strains (OG in 96 tent is an outlier, a weaker plant).
HOWEVER, look at the g/w number; 6x96 plus FR = 1000w, 8x288 plus 4x18/35 = 738w!

Additionally, when i asked @Prawn Connery for his opinion on supplementals for this smackdown, he told me to go ahead and run his bds “as is”, the 288’s with my usual supplementation.
So if i get enuff healthy clones, i’ll be running each tent with eod far red, uva/b, and co2; and:
prawn’s tent - 8xHL (3-color)
288 tent - 8x288 plus 4x18/35
96e tent - 6x96 plus fr
I’ll periodically show ppfd, spectrum, and watts for each...
