To hot in the greenhouse?

i have been growing in a greenhouse for about two weeks and temps have been getting pretty high. I don’t know if my temp gauge is off or what but yesterday at the hottest time was 112 degrees and 20% humidity. The plants seem to be heat stressing alittle but not so much that they completely stop growing. Will these temps be a problem in the future?
Just move as much air as possible. My gh hits 120 almost everyday in summer. Last year I was hitting 130 because it was so hot. Plants didn't like that, they do just fine up to 120. Gotta learn to think of it a little different. Those temps indoors are deadly to plants, in a greenhouse it's a different ballgame. Move as much air in as you can, and move as much air out as you can. All the while circulating as much air as possible inside.

I was thinking of cutting a vent high up on one of the walls and covering it with a fine mesh or chicken wire. And maybe also running a 6in solar fan. Do you think that will drop the temps 10 maybe 20 degrees?

I would invest a lil money in some air moving equipment before I cut a hole in my cover. Sounds risky, the right gust of wind could cause a big rip...... Do you have doors on each end? If so creating a flow of air all the way through at overhead level, shouldn't be hard with even like 4 box fans.... What size is it ?

I only have a door on one end that needs to be closed to keep deer out, it is a 7x7x15 house and has 8 knee level vents that are open all the time, I am not able to do any electricity except solar and the only affordable solar fan I could find was 6in for ~40, wouldn’t want to run more than 2

Heat accumulates mainly under the roof. If you can vent out the roof im sure it would help alot. There is no way you can roll up the entire sides? Those vents aint doing too much in that kinda heat. You need to get full gusts of wind to blow threw one whole side of the gh and push the heat out the other.

The ends of the sides are folded under the frame and staked down so no I can’t roll them up

Fencing might solve the deer and open door problem. Allowing airflow.

If I were only using it for summer grows, I might look into replacing some/all of the solid top with breathable mesh.

Yup theylle stretch and do a bunch of weird shit to make do with the environment, even with topping tyibg down and cutting vents my buddies green house would still hit 100F in september in canada lol. Edit: and they still stretched to the roof

Idk where you located, but even the home depot or lowes shade cloth will do. It blocks out something like 70 percent sun though. Should do fine if just for vents though.
