Here's how I ended up packaging and sensing two clones, 3 day shipping...

The box is from an HPS bulb... It had those handy little "holders" in each end, so I used them to hold the clones out at each end (I taped the holders in place)...

I split the box open, and taped the holder near each end, leaving enough room for a peat pellet...

The peat pellets are wrapped in slightly moist paper towel (the pellets are slightly moist as well) don't want it too wet and sopping through the cardboard, and didn't want to wrap them in plastic and cut off any air... They should be just fine for 3 days... Then I just taped each end to hold the pellets in place, then taped the box back together, wrapped it in paper and tape, added mailing labels, and off it went...

This box is 27cm X 7cm X 7cm and weighs 136g

It was much cheaper in this box! Just under $20 for 3 day expresspost from GTA to the prairies...

If they survive, then it seems to be a viable way of going about this...

you can make them way smaller. They dont need soil. Rockwool works for transport up to two weeks.
Clones can be sent with or without roots. With roots for the ones that can't deal with it of course.

I'm thinking you could stuff them into the two ends of a sturdy tube like a paper towel roll, but sturdier... I could have gone smaller, but thats the most appropriate sized box I had on hand, and it fit within the price range we were looking for to ship... First time... I'm sure we'll get more streamlined....

You could ship entire plants in there, wrapped up like christmas tees, and shoved in the tube... LOL...

Alright, it worked, the two clones arrived today at their destination, apparently in fine condition...

Anyone else? I have Green Crack from Native Seed Co and C.B. Dream from CropKing

It would be a couple weeks as I have no clones available right now, and the mothers need to recover from me taking my own cuttings today.
I'll cut yours when I know you want them...

Terms:
  • You pay the shipping, with tracking... once I know the cost, you send it to me Interac and I'll ship. Not because I don't trust you, but because we're on a very limited fixed income and probably can't spare the cost.
  • I have no pests or diseases, but it is your responsibility to check them over and decide if you need to take precautions.
  • I am gifting the cuttings, there is NO CHARGE for the cuttings or my time, just whatever Canada Post charges...
  • If you have cuttings you wish to gift me, then we each just pay to ship our own cuttings, since they should cost about the same... This may not always be an option, it will depend whether I can afford to pay the shipping :)

Keep in mind, I have limited cuttings available, and the process is going to take a couple weeks at least, so please, no rush orders! :)
In fact, I may end up having to back out and not being able to send anything, it will depend on making sure my own needs are met first... sorry...

Small Print: I'm doing this in the spirit of giving and sharing, nothing is expected in return, however, if you feel the same, and wish to share, I'm looking for HIGH CBD LOW THC, almost no THC would be best. Also looking for something to knock me out at night, very heavy couch lock type of thing. Last but not least, something spicy that makes your nose tingle... :) Thanks for reading...

heres 9 clones i sent,3 day shipping last week...under $18 in shipping within ontario

when i take cuts i use peat pots and put the clones in these 9 cell planters,i find it much better than just the peat pots by themselves....they dont dry out as easy and when they do get dry the peat doesnt seperate cause the cells hold the peat together better....

to send i just take fres well rooted clones, wrap the peat pot and roots in a soaking piece of folded up paper towel and put back in the planter cell..then i just put in a large ziplock and put it the box,i use blue Styrofoam and slice to half inch thicknes and put in the box on top of the planter cell on all 4 sides so if the package goes p side down the clones cant move...then i put a toothpick through the middle of each cell, through the peat pots snd out the other side of the cell to lock the peat pot in,tape up and ship
