NEED SOME IDEAS ON A WAY TO BE ABLE TO WATER INSIDE THE TENT AND BE ABLE TO CATCH RUNOFF

but for real why would you suck water out of a bucket you can pick up and dump, seems a little redundant to use a vacuum, that you will need to , ya know. pick up and... dump.
put the drain hose in a one gallon milk container. and dump it every day.

Washing machine catch tray :), should be a perfect size for a 3x3 and nice and low profile. If you set it on a pallet or a few bricks you could even drill a hole in one side and attach a drain hose to gravity drain it.

One of these in a 5 gallon bucket wit some hose to water those hard to reach places n sum concrete mixin tubs wit a 2x4 to angle it forwards to catch the run off. Pretty cheap setup pump is $9 at harbor frieght

Go to a junkyard and buy a truck bed liner. the Tundra liners have a shitload of 1/2 high ridges that run it's length. These can be cut to size...whatever yer doing. Grab some plywood and cut it just slightly larger than the footprint of the bedliner.

Get 5 gallon buckets. Use however many it takes to make the size of board you are using sturdy. Set the board on the buckets...the liner on the board...and then buy a Sterilite/Tupperware tub that will go right under it on the end for a catch.Slightly raise one end to be higher than the other. You can also slightly raise the edges of the liner and get it to drain to the middle. It will take a bit of toying with to get it just right...every situation /liner is different...but the liners work really well as drain tables.

I use the bottoms of the humidity cloning trays, 4 bucks maybe. I fit 2 5 gallon pots in each tray on a stepping stone and use wetvac.

I put pool liner on my floor and up the walls 1 ft. All my plants are on wheels and iff the ground. I just shop vac all the run off.
