The circadian rhythm, its a natural process that affects all living things. Its like an internal clock plants use to regulate glucose use at night for respiration when theres no light to produce food. I think thats probably where the x amount of extra dark hours prior to harvest comes from.Cool. I have a wireless SensorPush that monitors and downloads Rh and temp. I’ve noticed there is a spike in Rh 10-20 minutes before lights on. How do they know the lights are going to come on? Are they preparing for a future event?
