Sooo this is my first grow EVER i bought my clones from a hydro shop in maine my cuz who is a master grower came with me to pick them out ( i had no idea what to look for or whats good or bad) he asked of there was a bug problem the lady said no he even looked and didnt see any sighns...well anyway i get a call today and he said they have bugs..the clones are still small and just starting to take root and grow in the soil...how the fuck do i treat this problem before its to late? i spent 20$ per clone and i really dont want to toss them...help please :) i really want to get my first grow on point and seems like i always get curve balls thrown at me...thanks guys you all have been so helpful

For a quick start I would spray with tap water. Small hand sprayer.

Carefully wipe down each and every leaf and stem.

Asap use something like
Monterey Garden Insect Spray (spinosad)

And read and research....
I spray my yard and surrounding areas with more toxic insect killer.

Damn spider mites are carried in the outside air.

How small? Dunk 'em! Fill up a 5 gallon bucket or a bigger tote with water. Wrap a bag around the container and soil. Flip 'em upside down holding the soil in the pot and dunk the whole plant in the water. Mites will jump off into the water. Clean everything with iso. Can elimnate mites with small plants this way. Clean well or they'll just be back.

And hit them every three days for two weeks and then weekly after that while they're in veg. Spray the top of the soil as well. You can also get neem meal and mix some into the top layer of soil.

But you also need to thoroughly clean any place the clones have been. You're lucky you caught them early but your best option to keep them from coming back is a scorched earth policy. Those bastards are from hell. Kill them all. No prisoners. Total annihilation. Don't be timid. Kill those bugs and kill them now.

It might also be a good idea to use more than one product. Neem and then another product. It doesn't matter what but a non neem product. Get them with a double whammy. Kill them now! Don't mess around. Get on it like yesterday. And did I say clean any area those compromised clones were at? Clean Kill Clean Kill. Those things will hang around if you let them and show up mid flower and screw up your grow. KILL THEM! With any means possible.

KILL THEM!

Take no Prisoners.

Do not let your guard down or they will be back.

I hate mites with a passion. Kill them and kill them now. Those bugs are pure hell. Wipe them out and do it now.

2 tsp neem oil, a good squirt dish soap, and fill spray bottle with 1 liter warm water.

Spray entire plant and soil, especially underside of leaves, every 3 days for 9 days.

Mites will be gone. I’ve used this method with 100% success.
