so last night was my first long night for the girls because they were switched to 12-12 yesterday and this morning when I go to check on them; all the tops are yellow/green. Is this normal for when you flip them? I don’t think it’s a nute problem because all of my girls have it(5 coco, 2 ffof, and 1 DWC)

Any photos? Plants yellowing overnight is generally not a good thing, and doesn’t seem related to light cycle unless you lowered your lights or increased wattage at the same distance.

As I went to go take a pic, I saw that they actually cleared up a lot to where a picture would do no justice for help. Thanks though; I do feel like it was to the light being switched... because I did add a 315 cmh

If you increase intensity or close that distance, your plant will decide if it can handle it or not. I’ve gotten everything from yellow to white light burns before when I make mistakes.
Adding another (UV positive) bulb, which I think cmh are...? Would cause an increase in intensity. But if it cleared up, it’s not light burn. Sometimes lights can play tricks on you. My HPS makes all my plants yelloish. My MH makes them frosty and beautiful. My T5s make them look healthy and green, my phone flash makes them look very Icey. All depends on light exposure.

If it reoccurs I will past a pic tomorrow

cleared up almost completely in a day but it seemed as if this morning they went back to a slight yellow but no where near as bad as yesterday I just been spraying with epsom salt
Light burn or they are hungry. Or both.
I doubt it’s light burn and it’s hard to believe all three diff growing mediums are suffering from the same deficiency

Light? Maybe! But do you Really think all the different mediums are suffering from the same deficiency

Did yours clear up on their own or did you give them a little extra something

Can I ask why is it bad to increase light intensity on day of switch? Aren't we supposed to give the plant more light when we switch to flower?

I do. I transition the increase over a few days though and watch the plants. Lower/raise lights to their response/ adjust driver output

Just if you increase intensity and the plants end up too close. What the dude above says is a prudent method of increasing intensity without harm.
