That VPD chart is based on a leaf temp 2 degrees cooler than air temps and that's for HID lights. With LEDs room need to run 82 - 85 F because the leaf temps are more cooler. Need a cheap laser temp guage to shoot the leaf surface in order to get the right VPD, the leaf needs to be 74 - 77 not the room/air temp.
So basically forget anything about room temp and just gauge leaf temps. I just checked mine and they are warmer then the air under the t5 and the same as the air on the leds. A couple under the led are droopy maybe because of the switch to led they have to get used to the switch? The slurries are perfect on them. On a lighter note hahaha no pun intended just bought a tea brewer kit!!

just stay the course, trust the #s and try to keep in range slurries/temps/humidity as best possible. And stay clear of rabbit holes....they'll get you! LOL

could be beneficial, or use to water with even less volume. Both ways can work, it's kinda one of those decisions only you can make since you have a better feel for your soils moisture retention. Trust your gut, it's definitely great to question it.....most of the time that first idea is the right one for you!!

How can anybody stay out the rabbit hole with this shit? im running straight at them lol. I can never stop trying to learn.
I'm right at home in the rabbit holes....always learning!! It's good to have balance, and sometimesneed to just keep it simple and get out of the plants way!! Rabbit holes are needed , but can get complicated...find balance and grow with the plant.

Im wondering over here. If you have #4 soil you can prolly feed full strength out the gate right? My #4 started with 180ppms that seems very low. I let them grow in that till they were on the 4th set of leaves then really eased my way into the nutes. Seems like im still paying for that. Because these lil monsters seem like its never enough. Ive been feeding full strength roman for a cpl weeks now and its never enough. Seems very hard to burn with this line. Im still no where near a flush due to low slurries. Most ppm are at 250 2 days after a 1100 ppm feed some that droop are at 80-100. Seems hard to give teas bk and flushes when they seem so hungry still. I think next run if soil is that low im going to feed the main 4 full strength right out the gate. Or maybe wet the pots with the main 4 and plant seedlings into it. Get my pots around 400ppm before the sprouts even hit them. Just some ideas.

Need to build their metabolism to full strength, like you have been. Your just at a point where they want more than your giving, and 2 days between feeds is too long without!! Double up the base nutes, you got some feeders.......can scratch in one shot too. Or feed daily with less volume.

Hey guys been a while since I posted! I just finished up finally my latest three girls I had going. Two of them took thirteen weeks to finish, and honestly I chopped one of them maybe a week early. But NFTG has been awesome - this was my biggest yield ever coming in at 3oz each on the two sativa doms, and the other that ran only nine weeks yielded her usual two oz. And the taste and effects are blowing me away, I can even tell a big difference on the one known strain that I've been growing for a while. Thanks for the help along the way - time to start tweaking and getting better now as I learn more. I'll post some pics later. The sativa doms were pretty ugly by harvest time though. Got all three plants cloned and starting flower now, and one of them is still starting to get a slight curl on some fan leaves like last time. By the time I was done with one of these new unknown sativa doms the big older fan leaves had curled into a nice big C shape ha ha. My suspicion is that it was over-nuting too quick early on. Taking it easy this time but still seeing a little bit of curl. Maybe it's just the strain, I don't know..., the flowers turned out fluffy but mega strong... lemon haze of some sort if I had to guess, and the other smells like some kind of sweet wood, not sure what... See how much I'm rambling ha ha, total sativa buzz

that curl could of been BK , even root drench it can cause issues with out enough calcium or maybe just a tad much nitrogen ....

Almost ... almost kind of sad flush is nearing. Im thinking shes gonna end up to around 7oz dry, if she keeps adding weight over the next week or so. Maybe more. Starting to get a tad worried if some branches wont handle the weight till the end.

I know you all love kraken but, do you think maybe an organic silicon fertilizer would help more?

get bamboo sticks and tie them up..... 7 oz dry ? thats almost 1 lb 1/2 wet ... not bad ...... you can use any silicon you want , just make sure it plays well with nectar ..... here a pic of a 1-1/2 lb plant looks ... 8 oz dry ....

everything I grow seems to be big .... the joke is the only deficiency I have is space.....lol....the post with the tomato plant I just posted has a cage and im standing behind it giving # 1 ... im 5' 11" ...and I had to. just chop 1 plant mid 1 week in flower cause I can't have 2 monsters in a 4x4 ..... and had to tie down the branches more and raise my light thats a few inches from the top.... and the top is 6' 11" ....

The Kraken only does so much through veg & early flower......the bud flop still happens b/c Its gotta be foliar to make bricks! Plan ahead and stake or can drop string or small wire and loosely tie up.
