Can someone please tell me what is going on here

I go this plant I started from bag seed growing reAl slow n small looks like it's budding the last pic is the best one any input would b appreciated

yep it does look like its a few weeks flowering. it also looks underfed and like it might have been topped right before it entered flowering would explain the two lil buds there

Ya so I had seven.plants all bag seed take n I took the best five to put in ground this one just sat forgotten honestly I meant to just chop it cause of grow laws in my state. It's just weird that all the seeds came from same bud but this ended up happening lol

Next time round also maybe try a bigger pot as i think that one looks a bit small for being in soil personally especially if you got the space to go bigger and as others have said make sure you give the soil time to dry out properly before watering again

Hold on guys I know how to grow like I said this one was just left to die because it was the smallest of the five I kept was just surprised to find it flowerin

It's been outside for almost two months not inside summer is just starting so no way a light switch happened
