Weird pheno or hermie?

So this is fastbuds green crack. 2 plants. Same seeds. They started flower this week as they are around week 6. All has been going great so far until now. So this is the 1st plant and it looks great. Its gonna be a beast of a yeild off this thing. And the little hairs in the nodes look normal. 20190702_201016.jpg then there is her sister... she was definitely the faster growing of the 2 and definitely got taller than the other with leaves much much more sativa like.with no blades touching at all and she is just always droopy looking as well even when fresh watered. But notice that in the nodes she grew these weird long single hairs as well as the normal "hairs" that form to show sex. Is this some form of hermaphroditism or just a weird pheno? She definitely doesnt look like buds as her sister does. I'm just so confused. 20190702_200944.jpg

If you lived close to me, I'd give you a cut of my clone only version of Green Crack. It's not an auto though. I'm in Colorado in the foothills in case your close. And that doesn't look hermied to me, but it does look strange. I'm no expert grower though, so don't take my word for it. Good luck bro.

It doesn't look like any hermie I've ever seen. I have seen little "spike" like growths at the nodes before on plants. I believe it is just a genetic phenotype expression. Keep an eye on it in case I'm wrong, but I'm pretty confident thats all it is. Probably from the stronger sativa dominant genetics in that specific plant.

I am with @Thundercat on this one, genetics, phenotype. I have seen those little spikes too but personally I haven't seen them this long.

Hermie? Nothing I see indicates that presently. but it should be watched closely. It will be interesting to watch flower. I would love to follow this plants progress if you have a journal or in this thread. 8-)

I can definitely keep doing a few updates in this thread. I have been super impressed with the size and structure of these plants from fastbuds.

Hey I can take a clipping for ya anytime you want, as long as I still have it. I originally got it from Kind Love but they don't have it anymore so I've been keeping it going to preserve the strain. I'm in Conifer.

Not weird

That's a plant with long stipule, good pheno though. IMO plant with abnormally long stipule have really good terpine profile. Consider yourself lucky if you're breeding that plant.

Well I guess I'll do a small update now to start and some better plant pics. This is almost week 6 from germination. Girl #1 20190704_214325.jpg 20190704_214210.jpg And girl #2. Very different look and growth to her besides the node structure which seems impeccable on both phenos. Props to fastbuds. Her canopy didn't want to even out as well as #1. Her main stem wanted to get taller and taller. That's the sativa dominance I'm guessing. 20190704_214408.jpg 20190704_214511.jpg they will get their last feed this week with a topdress of fox farms happy frog jumpstart with some extra bonemeal and a little Epsom salts because I always end up with some sort of mag def by the end so I just figure the happy frog just dont have enough. And just water when dry till done.

And I am going to start breeding soon. I have a bottle of colloidal silver on the way. If it gets here in the next week I may still have time to throw some pollen from her. Maybe... i do have 6 more seeds though and plan on breeding a good set of females from the next run. Idk I got some seeds from some of the chuckers paradise line and some f3 "cookies and chem" seeds originally by greenpoint seeds. Bred out for the dominant "cookies and cream" pheno as I understand. And I want to run this after the green crack and gorilla glue I have in the closet now. So many seeds so little space and time...

The 2 different phenos here blow my mind a little lol. There is such a big difference in the 2 plants. Though they are both badass genetic phenos. They are gigantic autos. This is beginning week 8. Plant 1. 20190714_094152.jpg 20190714_094142.jpg and the sativa girl. 20190714_094207.jpg 20190714_094124.jpg
