OK, the clones look like they've seen some excessively high air temps at some point. One of them is yellowed and cooked badly, probably from overwatering. That one's probably toast, but don't chuck it out until it's fallen over and truly dead. Limit air temp to 26.5C.
Think DAMP not WET. Cubes shouldn't ever be saturated. A damp 40mm cube weighs about 25-30 grams. Heavier than that is too wet. One of your little cuttings plus cube plus water should weigh about 35-37g at most right after watering.
Buy a 60ml syringe from the pharmacy (no needle required, of course) for watering; each cutting will want about 25-30ml water per 24 hours if the cubes are on a heatmat.
Once you get roots, the clones can either be flowered or vegged up as a replacement mother. Yes, you can use full-strength nutes on a clone with some good roots on it.
