Is my plant male or female?

I have 4 plants outside and on 1 where I topped it it produce little male pollen sacks it looks like does this mean they are forsure male plants
 
The last one, that has the red/purple stocks is a male for sure and should be dealt with accordingly or isolate it to collect pollen.

the other pictures I see nothing out of the ordinary except a node that was either chewed off or it got broken somehow.
 
No what’s the little things I circled they are starting to pop up at the nodes splits and they have no white hairs and are round

I cannot tell for sure, but they do not look like pollen sacs. They look like small leaf growth or something. You may have to wait a few days. It's not like they will spread pollen when that small. They have to
develop the sacs at least. Here is a closer picture of what you should be looking for.
