Chernobyl 10 weeks. Trimmers were probably getting too high and burnt out. I can only do it for about 20 minutes before I get bored. Was kinda nice letting it go a little longer, it got more colour. Temps kept about 80-85F both day and night.


4 Chernobyls, 4 Cree CXB3590 54 watt 3000k spectrum LEDs. They are not the biggest plants and a couple of them do not have a greatest canopy. I've grown so many of the same clone in all different shapes and sizes under hps for years so I believe this will still be a decent comparison.

MBK update. I still say too close together. The middle one sure didn't like being moved.

Forgot to add, any recommendations on a rosin press? Thought this one looked nice. https://nugsmasher.com/product/nugsmasher-og-essentials-bundle/ Mainly going to be for outdoor. I bet the MBK would make some very tastey rosin.

Cheesequake a little over a month in now. Topped them right after this. I’ve only fed them with water and twice now with fish hydroslate 5-1-1. I’ll probably veg them another month or so and then flip. Ordering a 315 cmf this week and I’ll be pairing that with a 400w cooltube for flower. Right now they’re under a 4ft 3200 lumen led “daylight” shop light with 4 60w equivilant led bare bulbs. Just working with what I got lol

Nice, I also got the King Jack and have it started. Royal Phoenix is Purple Urkle x Chernobyl. I'm quiet excited for it!


Jack the Ripper is awesome. I really need to get it again. Maybe next order. The smell and taste was amazing. It had a smell kinda like Christmas time. Like a pine tree smell mixed with Christmas cookies. Then when a jar was freshly opened it had an organic carrot like smell. I actually even a grew a male of JTR so I could cross it with super lemon haze.

Dang, nice plants! You're killing it indoor and outdoor! That JTR sounds like a nice smoke. I have a piney Deep Purple right now that would compliment that very well in a salad. That cross of yours intrigues me, did you grow those out?

Subcool's Black Dahlia

This pheno I selected turns a deep dark purple and smells how it looks...sweet grape!

She has zero stretch and I've always grown her straight up, not toppped. This time around, I'm gonna grow her bigger than ever in a 20 gal. pot w/ S.S. and she was already topped once. Great thing about her is she doesn't throw late term nanners, she's clean.
