Probably about a pound from each plant. easy. What u guys think my yeild should be..2 1000w hps fox farm soil 7 gal pots 9 plants
Not a chance..im hoping for 1.5 maybe 2..Probably about a pound from each plant. easy.
That doesn't matter. Not at all on the small plants you have!I took off all the fan leafs...deff better light coverage deep into the plant.
Being impatient around here will get you nowhere.Hey shit bag go pound sand...your like a little kid piss off

Yield? No body can say. Who knows whats down the road... Less then you think, for sure.
Its all new to me i learn something new everyday..

Im just going to try everything out on my own..seems to me there are so many differnt opinions on how to do things growing cannabis..some say do some say dont its 50/50 with everything.. im just gonna try everything out and see what works best for me and my growing style...thanks guysI don't remove a single leaf and I get large dense buds. It might have something to do with the process of photosynthesis that occurs in those leaves I don't remove. But what do I know? It's just plant science 101 that photosynthesis occurs mainly in the leaves and not the flowers.
"Photosynthesis is the process by which green plants and some other organisms use sunlight to synthesize foods from carbon dioxide and water. Photosynthesis in plants generally involves the green pigment chlorophyll and generates oxygen as a byproduct."
So if photosynthesis is the process which the plant uses to create the food it needs why would you remove the part of the plant where that process occurs?
Really depends how full your canopy is you have to have airflow so defoliate at least enough to allow air throughout the canopyThis is my first grow im alnost 3 weeks into flowering...should i defoliate? Im in a 4x8 tent one side i have 4 plants in a trellis and on the right side i have 5 short and bushy plants not in. A trellis..im also runnimg 2 1000w hps lights...
If I didn't defoliate I would get mold every grow you must not train your plants at all if you don't have to remove any leavesI don't remove a single leaf and I get large dense buds. props. you learn quickly. most people don't realize this until page 20 or 30.Im just going to try everything out on my own..seems to me there are so many differnt opinions on how to do things growing cannabis..some say do some say dont its 50/50 with everything.. im just gonna try everything out and see what works best for me and my growing style...thanks guys

Because the canopy is way to packed full of leaves I'm really shocked you have never had a problem with airflow I've never heard of anyone taking zero leaves off a plant throughout the whole growWhy would I have to remove leaves if I train my plants?
No problems. But on my recent grow with the tent not nearly as full as it normally gets I did get a plant with a spot of bud rot but that wasn't from too full a canopy, it was from the bud being very large. It was on a plant with plenty of room around it. Airflow wasn't the problem. I have a fan blowing inside the tent and have a six inch 400 cfm fan exhausting the tent 24/7 with the bottom vents open and filtered. I'm getting plenty of air exchange.Because the canopy is way to packed full of leaves I'm really shocked you have never had a problem with airflow I've never heard of anyone taking zero leaves off a plant throughout the whole grow
Yeah I would defoliate that alot but those plants look great! But those buds are pretty average size for a grow that's going well I do a total defoliation at week 3 of flower and keep pulling off leaves that get bigger than my hand and my buds still get to that size so I don't think leaving them all on is helping size at all. My understanding is the smaller leaves photosynthesize more efficiently than the large leaves so I try to never let leaves get bigger than my hand. I know like 1 guy that doesn't take any off he loses alot to budrotNo problems. Lots of people don't remove leaves.
My tent typically looks like this. No issues with rot or anything for years until this last harvest and only one plant which was basically one big bud. And the tent was half as crowded as this picture.
Its been 4 days and my plants didnt skip a beat they are healthy and all the leafs are praying up towards the light...i didnt over kill like i said i just took off leafs covering bud sites...as of now i will defoliate again in the future howerver i will try less leafs maybe more who kno all depends on the grow i guess...everyday i learn something newYeah I would defoliate that alot but those plants look great!
