Real journalism presents facts OBJECTIVELY and let's the reader decide for themselves .Not steer the conversation in the direction that favors their personal beliefs. The sooner people wake up and realize that the better off we'll all be.

Also, by your logic if one person within a group does something wrong you then personally decide to paint that whole group as the same and condemn them all. Mad Max has 1 or 2 good ideas, they aren't worth voting in a white nationalist movement but if another party was going to work on interprovincial trade I would not be upset.

Hope y'all dont miss our transfer payments!!! In all honesty, if it weren't for the libs backing a lot of this SJW bs and spending money like it's coming out of their ass maybe I wouldn't have such a huge problem with them. All governments are shit. Look at the entire 9 years Harper and the Cons were in power if you want to see a gong show. SNC scandal started with the Cons, Cons plunged us into the largest deficit in history after being handed a surplus, only party ever found to be in contempt of parliament, the senate scandal, Con MP imprisoned for election crimes, fleeced $1.8 billion of our EI money, pushed back retirement to steal 2 years worth of money every one of us paid into, etc etc etc etc.

I dislike this government but the Cons have fucked us sideways every time they are in power both provincially and federally.

I had a friend of over 30 years decide he was a woman at 50+ y/o, and taxpayers covered the entire cost of the treatment and operation. That shouldn't happen either. He looks and acts like a freak now.

First off, legalization is a joke a d he fucked it up royally.

Unfortunately for those against pipelines, transfer payments are getting a little costly for the Alberta government without them. We're still sending transfer payments as if the oil field is booming and it certainly is not. On top of that, we have the cleanest oil sands in the world with the highest environmental protection regulations as well. And if you do a little research you'll see why pipelines are less detrimental to the environment than using trains which is basically what's happening now.

Trudeau also implemented this carbon tax. Yes it was in the talks already, but kinda fishy that he slams it on the table right around the time they realized that pot sales weren't meeting expectations. I'm not sure what the federal deficit is to date but last I checked, it was $19.8 billion. He's absolutely drowning us lol. You can carbon tax me all you want but I still need to drive to work, especially in rural Alberta. Thus not helping the environment but making life even more unaffordable than it already is for a working class Canadian.

Syrians, i agree that they need somewhere to go and i understand why Canada would seem like a great place to start over. However, he's spent copious amounts of money on them while looking a veteran who lost a limb for our country, dead ass in the eyes, and says veterans are asking for more than they can give. At least background check all these people before they come.

I dont understand why you are blaming pipeline problems on Trudeau. He nationalized a massive pipeline project in an attempt to get it built. How many pipelines did Harper get done? As for legalization, at least he got it done. Sure some growing pains, but do you think a conservative would have even tabled a proposal? Outside of Alberta our economy is extremely strong and unemployment is at record lows.
Fiscally Trudeau's real weakness is his heavy spending, however if you look at spending as a percentage of GDP it's not any different than under Harper.

You not having a consumption tax, which basically gives oil companies a 10% discount on everything they procure, whether it be services, equipment, construction, etc... (imagine what that was worth, but hey, you saved some money on your jacked up F350s). The fact you have a deficit is 100% your own dumb faults, nothing to do with transfer payments (which are based on median income per capita, not oil royalties) or anything else federal. In fact, "Canada" (the libtards) just bought you a 40 billion dollar pipeline to get your shitty, dirty, cheapass oil to market. Talk about taking a stupid stance on a government that has bent over backwards and did the exact opposite of what they promised the rest of Canada to get elected.

Before oil, your province sucked on the teat of the rest of canada with farm bailouts and high unemployment, and without fed money, you wouldn't have the infrastructure needed to support the oil patch.

A country isn't about YOUR province or mine, it's about us all. Oil companies aren't going to be around for ever, and when they leave with all your resources, what's left but a hot, dry, burning mess of a province, littered with orphaned wells and people with stupid high "rare" cancer rates.

There was a better way that he could have disagreed with you, so I will do so. MRI scans of trans and cis brains have shown that trans teens brains resemble that of the gender they identify as rather than that they were born as. More studies need to be conducted (I think there are only 2 currently, both show the same thing) but it is extremely strong evidence supporting trans identity. The thing that is so good both about the quality of the studies and the type of study they chose to do is that it eliminates feelings and beliefs completely, it is literal brain scans, there is nothing to be skewed.

I'm not looking for an argument or fight, I have shittier things to do today (it's trim day), just presenting evidence, the evidence that actually made me rethink my view on things.
