No there not legal in California. They have been decriminalized in Oakland,Ca but that doesn’t mean there legal just low priority in that city along with other psychedelics. There are only a couple of spore vendors that will send to Cali but spores are technically illegal if transported in California but if you posses them and aren’t driving around with them then your ok for spores. Cultivating them is illegal but that doesn’t stop anyone from doing that

In Oakland they're decriminalized (So possession is a civil offense rather than a criminal one), but otherwise they're still illegal, although I'd say pretty low on the police's radar compared to other substances
