switch to flowering nutes

I know people say to use veg nutes for the first week or two weeks of flower because it doesnt switch over right away. This is probably a dumb question but would you say mine are ready for flowers nutes now? I would think so but I want to double check as this is my second grow in 3 years. They’re currently light green coming out of a nuteburn lockout sorta deal. Wasn't too sure which one so I flushed with phed no nute water. Trying to figure this out for next water as I will fertilize lightly.

Thanks

Hopefully is wasn't lockout (it probably was) they seem defecient give them something they are flowering so bloom should be fine I don't ever switch nutrients but they need food you shouldn't have started flower if they were locked out

Its an outdoor grow and I think it was lockout :/ They didnt grow grow a few days check run off was super high so i flushed them last night. Tips are also a tiny bit brown on most my plants so thats why i think its a combination. I want to fertilize but they are soaked right now water would just pour right through.

This a different plant no signs of flowering but it will show soon not sure which nutes to do.... Has phosphorus deficiency and this plant had lockout too... Just flushed last night. It needs food though not sure what to feed. Also is 300ppm to much for a plant of this size? I feed 300 twice a week and get lockout. Im a rookie and i read over feed is common by beginners.

If they do get locked out that means they are not getting nutrients if you then flush with plain water that extends the time they don't have nutes. what nutes a are you using? Coco or soil?

I think my nutes are like 800-900 ppm I feed them that from clone to harvest

Those pots look too small for an outdoor grow ?
Small pots mean less buffer from lockout
They are too small. They should be in 5 gallons right now. Im thinking of transplanting because only 4/12 plants have shown flowering pistils so I dont think transplanting first week of flower should do to much harm. My bigger plants are in 7 gallons but I might move them up to 10
or 15 if its not too late. These are the bigger ones

The nutes im am using people strong advise against but it has done me fairly well for these 3 plants

Its 12-4-8 and its merical grow fertilizer. Its not slow release or anything. I have advanced nutrients connoisseur for flowering

Beneficial microbes at least once a week helps the plants uptake all the nutes and I put some hydrogen peroxide in a feeding sometimes to help clean everything

My nutes work pretty good and they are super cheap $150 of nutes grows at least 25lb of bud microbes are expensive but I use less during veg so it's not to bad
That's a nice light .is that a horticulture 550 series with the Samsung diodes?

Work good in veg and bloom? How many watts actual?
Yeah it's 3000k works great I change the wattage around I think it's around 500w right now. I use an apogee par meter to set the light height so they get around 800ppfd no matter what the wattage is
