I am 2 weeks into flower from light change and I am very unsure as to why my hairs and buds look small or is it me I am new and wanted a second eye to see if they should be that size at 2 weeks thanks I have uploaded pics

Thanks I have 3 different strains jaffa cookie pie tangerine dream and stardog bit hard to see but I don't no weather I am doin good

your not 2 weeks in thats why. when you flip that doesn't mean flowering has begun the plant still has to transition and from my experience it takes around 2-3 weeks for the stretch phase. after the stretch phase it goes into this phase where the bud sites just get tons of hair and pack on weight from here on out. this is when the real flowering begins. yes they should look like this at around this time nothing to worry about it's normal. they will get swollen over time. expect to wait around 6-10 weeks from here on until harvest give or take but watch them as they are done when they are done not based off breeders "suggested timeline" that is a ballpark figure not set in stone.
if you look at my grow journal in my sig at the very last page you can see my current grow i am in the same boat as you my plant looks exactly like how yours does yours might even be bigger. nothing to worry about though give it time you will see them bulk up. some strains do NOT get as big as others though some strains are known to pack on some weight compared to others just like thc content. some contain more thc content versus others just something to take into consideration it's not always about growers skills/equipment strain plays a huge part in grows as well as pheno types.
if you watch timelapse video's on youtube you will see how it transitions as well. i personally love time lapse video's of grows and eventually plan to start making some
