It’s organic soil my own brew fuck paying $50 a bag. Still working on the brew though need a few adjustments.

I did a rookie move and put those cheese I popped in that soil. It’s hot as fuck and they weren’t to happy about it. Probably cost me 2 weeks of veg to get em back, same with the green crack. Funny thing is there both sativa yet the sour diesel and the Yantra are indicas and they loved the hot soil mix. I’ve started mixing it with a bit of extra peat moss to cool it down for the seedlings.

Im thinking bout trying something different rdwc to give myself more growing room (height).
Been keeping on eye on my temps in res last few days an its cold as here. But my grow room still pretty hot which is heating res also id say. So i think ill need a water chiller. Also noticed adding air stones to res increases water temp as them pumps must get hot an pump warm air.

Does it make a difference if you move the res out of the tent? Or is that just complicated

My res already out of tent mate.
I have an air con in there at the momment for summer. Im running a heater atm so the girls are happy when lights out but yeah its not good for res temp.
Res needs to be netween 19 an 22 degrees in rdwc or dwc to keep rot an diesease at bay.
I have already purchased an rdwc setup cause im lazy an couldt be fked building from scratch.
But going on temps already im gonna need a chiller damn it. But its prolly not s bad thing anyway even if i dont like that style of growing i can convert to a drip system like i currently run

Hey fella , sori to jump in but I'm having a bit of a head f@#$ with my Afghan skunk in dwc, it will be thriving one minute and not the next, I've got clean roots they just don't wanna stretch down .. Am I not making them work hard enough or is that a sign of temps too low in the res, sitting at 5.8-6ph consistent, GH flora series running 800ish ppm and some seedlings at about 400-500ppm .

Yeah its lights out ATM as its hitting 2° at night I started 3pm-9am lights on , so I'll get some pics in a bit.. It has a nice smell, I'm just spewin cause this epilepsy fucks with my memory and it's like starting again.. I was starting to get somewhere and now I'm a newbie again..
