What’s wrong with this picture

I have a 1000w HPS, I water with my own well water, I give them each 4 L of water or 4 L of feed every week in a 7 gallon fiber pot, I bought weed a couple of years ago which was really good hybrid seeds that were kept in the fridge all this time, my true plants are about 1-2 months old ( from hatching). I get my Pete Moss for free at a Pete Moss plant and it’s their top product it has everything in it.

This is the soil that I have there’s no details on it

27-32 Celcius is a little high, but not high enough to cause major issues
I agree that they do look over watered, I would wait until the plant is drooping before watering and pay attention to how long that takes and back off a single day. As the plant further develops roots the pot will start to dry out faster so be vigilant.
Normally I recommend waiting for 2 -3 weeks after transplanting into a pot that size to let the plant get established before doing any training or pruning. Low-stress training included. It takes time to learn to read the plant but keep growing and you will be a pro in no time!

So with the information that I put down from the 1000 W light to the smart pots at 7 gallons how much water you think I should give them and how often

That is why I said to get a tester. They are cheap. That way there is no messing it up

I water equal to 10% - 20% pot volume. So for a 7-gallon pot, 3 - 5 quarts depending on how dry the pot is. Dump any runoff an hour after watering. Now about how often to water is something that will change throughout the grow. A moisture meter will help determine when to water but you can also just wait for the plant to look droopy and check pot weight.

Yes I hear ya, thanks for the advice. I’ll go buy a tester here shortly. So with a tester what are the numbers supposed to be for ideal soil wetness ??

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing is checking the weight and the plants droopiness, lol.

I just watered about an hour ago. I keep hearing this talk about draining all the runoff, I never get any runoff does that mean I don’t water enough ? Well I shouldn’t say there’s never any runoff sometimes there is but I never have the chance to drain it within an hour because the pots soak it up quick enough. I also gave them about 5 L of water in 7 gallon smart pots.

I’m wondering if, when I put my stakes in the ground to hold the branches down, I wrecked some roots as I planted the stakes???

On this I don't think so. Been seeing recommendations to poke the soil as being good.

Yeah. Maybe it's not good draining and no nutes. They would have said there were nutes if there were. So just a suggestion, maybe your nutrient solutions arent great either. What are you using? Not that I know about that unless its Miracle Grow which everyone says sucks. I guess I would not replant now though and let it ride. Could try top dressing worm castings and water over top? And try a little less water. Let the sick one catch up. Maybe they are in there loose and not established roots and jiggling it around bugged it enough because pete moss is loose, or maybe a coincidence the one you tied down is having the problem.

lol to me on both pics. It's amazing what they market. Like bloom ludicrus with big titties! All right! But it must be for weed!
And PM doesnt say it has nutes but it is written in Korean. Well anyhow maybe your well water has Ca and maybe it doesn't. Maybe a little epsom too. But everything in moderation is my preference. Just my thoghts.
