Your best bet is to decide whether your gonna grow inside or out , taking them back and forth can bring bugs into your grow area and you don’t want that

I put vegging plants outside in natural sun all the time weather permitting. I haven't had any issues with bugs but I do spray frequently with neem while in veg. I don't take flowering plants outside of the tent. I would think that being on the third floor your exposure to bugs would be somewhat limited. I have a backyard with a garden, plants all over the patio, rose bushes, etc... I haven't had any issues yet but I could just be lucky. There is always that risk.

Yeah I haven’t seen anything signs of bugs or gnats yet hopefully I won’t . But I’ll take your advice and probably spray with some neem. It’s such great sun, I just don’t see them point in wasting electricity and I can be giving them their best source of light l.

How about leave them on the balcony all day if you can? I had some that I put in and out and they seem happier out (I hope it is not about me).

They look good, if you haven't yet, gradually introduce sunlight before leaving them out all day & shade the pot from direct sunlight.

I did put them under lights when I brought them in. Maybe if I was running more power they would have gained by it but I thought it was not worth the hassle. But then I had five containers then and now a few more and I put them a ways in the yard. No harm in bringing them in and out if bugs are not a problem.

Sorry for so many questions but did you find that leaving them out (them getting less light) slowed your overall grow time ?

I was more giving them a treat outside the days where I was home rather than leaving them out each day. I finally closed off the access to my back yard (the meter reader was pissed) and other than one neighbor no one can see them so I just leave them out continuously. So I can not say how much they are growing differently, I just figure I would rather them get free energy while they are in veg and I'll have them inside during flower. When I had them under lights I had them on a timer for a 18/6 cycle so the night time now is not too different but now they are getting a full spectrum light. I would love to flower them outdoors but when it gets 12/12 out it is a little nippy out.
