Yeah for sure, the problem with the set up is I ran blumats off the rain barrel. We have gotten so much rain this summer that it keeps overfilling it, displacing my nutes. Next year I will figure something else out and plan to use way bigger pots, 5gal is too small.
hows about connect the barrel with a shutoff switch?

I'm not sure what you mean. The rain falls on my house and collects down the gutter into my rain barrel. It has rained so much it keeps diluting my nutes. Maybe next year I will have 2 barrels with a valve in between. The first barrel can collect water, the second can be connected to the blumats and hold nutes.

My outdoor plants finally started to flower this weekend.
I've been giving them almost no nutrients so far, just regular water and some epsom salt when they looked magnesium deficient.

I have no nutrients yet, but looking to add something to the mix to help them along.
Have no reason to be concerned, so ideally looking for something I can buy in a quantity good for 4 plants (3 feet tall and growing) without having a bunch leftover.

I'd suggest Mega Crop. All in one, powdered nute .And the extra won't take up much room. A 9.9kg bag makes over 6000L of solution so it'll last ya a while. Finished a run of C99 start to finish with it and it came out amazing. I just needed to add a little extra CalMag because I'm in coco and using LEDs

I look at this, but wasn't sure I want to buy such a large quantity. Was hoping to get something for this grow and then do start to finish mega crop next year / next project.

If you plan on ordering Mega Crop any time soon I would reconsider.... I ordered my 3rd bag in the last 3 months back in Mid July, still nothing. I emailed and was told all Mega Crop has been on backorder for the last 4+ weeks. Yep, out of product through the peak of flower in most outdoor grows, and rather than say so when I paid, they took my money and waited for me to start bitching before returning an email. Stuff is ok at best, now this is the final straw. Unreliable, alienating their customers, I'm done with them.

Was that the US company?

I waited over a month before trashing them on the forums, gave them every chance to make it right but this is total BS. Some of us have $$$ tied into this crop, and switching from an organic powder to a salt based liquid DURING PEAK FLOWER is not what I wish to do, but at this point is my only option.

I can definitely get some tomato food - that's an easy one.
I'm not relying on these plants for my own supply, so a cheap option like this works well for me.
amigo..mega crop and every other ferts are basically exactly the same elements from dry mineral salts

N-P-K

the plant cares little about that except that it is food...

if it is the right ratio and amount..they eat it..its gone ..

its how you grow it ,dry it and store, it that will make the big dif and i am sure you know enough about that
