Flowering plant hermy... Can i hack them off?

Hey All,
Second time growing outdoors and last year had 10 plants and all went female... But lost most of it to budworms.

This year made 7 plants and got them completely sealed off on my deck with afghani net... But one turned male, and another is hermaphrodite.

I took the male and put it out front... I assume just hack it and throw it away? Or is the bud i see growing worth keeping for cbds or whatever?

As for the hermie, i cut off all the male parts but preflowers are everywhere and was thinking to just isolate it in a grow closet i made so if any pollen does come still it wont impregnate my other ladies lol...

Will that work? Or will those pollen sack things just keep growing back?

Really appreciate any advice

I would kill it. You probably wont be able to catch all the pollen sacks. Better to kill shim than to compromise the rest of the ladies.

Understood, but the question was whether it was worth keeping isolated in my grow room indoors.

Like Do the pistols grow back? I already cut them all off.. will the bud not grow much thc or something?

Forgive my ignorance, understand its not worth one pistol affecting others but it sounds like you guys think its still not worth keeping so was curious if there were other reasons why too

It will still produce Bud I personally would keep it but I operate on a smaller scale and only grow for personal. I tend to have too much time and money invested into my plants to chop it down. I will deal with the seeds and picked them out of my buds. I personally don't find it a big deal I picked seeds out of my buds my whole adolescent life. I obviously prefer not to have seeds. But if one plant out of 10 grow cycles Has a plant that goes Hermie on me I'll let it go.

Same. Especially since you can keep it separated. Just make sure you don't transfer any pollen to your girls.

Try it and see what happens, only way to find out and learn. If you have another area to grow it in I would, hopefully get some seeds and buds.

I would not waste time and money on lights to grow a hermy. Better off starting a new plant with better genetics.
I don't believe anyone starts a grow with the intent on growing Hermie's they just happen sometimes. Those with large amounts of resources and income can afford to chop them. The rest of us poor folk Have to deal the hand that's delt.

They will come back in different spots and behind the colas, usually lower. If that's all you have pull them all off spray with water first to neutralize the pollen. If you have more cut it down start over. Good luck Happy growing
