I’m starting to worry I won’t have the height, but she looks good. I ordered 4 QB’s but they won’t get here till tomorrow, I’ll post pics after I get them set up. Almost 2 weeks into flower, how much more stretching they gonna do? Will the QB’s keep them from stretching by having them closer?

The qb should help, they usually stretch for 2-4 weeks, yours doesn't look bad at all. its generally the sativa doms that stretch beyond 2 weeks.

Looking good btw, that light did a pretty good job for what it is and I would be extremly careful after adding any more light.

All good better then no tent. I have a 5x5 as well its 78" high and I think I over did it with six plants lmao
Nah you’ll be ok. Just gives you the chance to work on your trimming skills. That’s what I have enjoyed about my first grow most so far......the ungodly amount of knowledge and skill I have gained in a short amount of time. I still have a long way to go till harvest though

Some pics from last night. Is this where she should be at this point in flower? She should be an 8-10 week and she is 3.5 since the switch to 12/12. First grow so I’m always worried

Sativas have a tendency to take longer. Was this plant from clone or seed? Seeds have different phenotypes and they can stray far from what the breeder suggests if they are Sativa dominant. You get the extra weight and high THC bud with Sativas, just takes an agonizingly longer time. It looks like a great improvement from your august 19th plant. I would keep up with what you are doing and make sure she has the nutrients to keep packing on weight.

Edit: When you say 3.5, do you mean months?

No, weeks. This is 3.5 weeks since I switched to 12/12. It has stopped stretching, least no noticeable on the tallest in a few days. From what I was told this was an Indica Dominant, but I don’t know what the third strain it was mixed with still. I know the parent they always use is Super Chunk x GSC, they always mix with a third. It is from seed I know. He does over 10 strains a year for people so I won’t know what it is till I give him the code on my tag next time I see him. Does look like Sativa though huh. Leaves used to be fat and short, they went long and skinny when I switched. These two are when I switched to flower on Aug 6

Oh ok, yeah you just flipped, your growth is really great for 3.5 weeks. I don't think anything is slow/stunted. You will be very happy with the harvest.

Ok thank you! First straight answer I’ve got from somebody, I’ll just keep to what I’m doing then, post updates as I have been and if something starts looking off hopefully somebody tells me instead of letting me fail, which I have seen happen to people here because not every post can get good responses there are just too many. Appreciate everybody’s help here

So this is my first grow ever (which will likely be apparent in some pics). I received this plant from a friend, who gets them from a guy that’s been doing this for decades, and grows high quality high potency outdoor, making his own strains. This is (Super Chunk x GSC) x an unknown I will post when I find out, hopefully soon.

This has been a challenge for sure. If it can go wrong it has. When I got it, it was obviously not in light enough, as it was July and starting to flower (I didn’t know for sure). It was also in a tiny maybe half gallon pot, and looked like a big root (guessing root bound or close to it). Wish I had taken a pic, didn’t know I’d be logging everything, but it looked like a pot shaped root when I slid the pot off.

I transplanted into a 5 gal fabric pot, with Happy Hippie Soil. I sprinkled Mykro on the roots like I had seen a guy do on you tube. I put it in a 3x3 tent with 6” intake and 6” exhaust, and 2 6” clip fans. I’m using a Aglex 2000w light (pulls about 550 from wall).

Watered the crap out of it no nutes for first water.
my first grow was too easy.
my second grow went great even thoguh i made some n00b mistakes.
karma caught up with me on grow #3. For two months it was like this.
