Why do my yields suck ?

Just wanted to get some opinions on my only 2 grows because although the flower I have grown has been incredible; the taste, smell and smoke are perfect. My yields seem to be fairly low and I am trying to figure out what I can fix.

1st
Native Seeds - Critical Mass
350w Viparspectra LED
Advanced Nutrients ph perfect micro,grow,bloom
5 gal pots soil
10 week veg, 10 week flower
Topped once and LST
2 plants = 60g

2nd
Dinafem - White Cheese Auto
Outdoor
Compost tea once per week
3 gal pots ffof soil
75 days
LST
3 plants = 50g

I suspect my poorly powered light as the culprit for the first grow because everything else was dialed in perfectly.
For the second grow I suspect the pot size ( 3gal ) and the fact that they were autos.

What do you think? How can I increase my yeilds.

Are you letting them flower long enough? Don't start counting flower days from the 12/12 flip

I just went with the tricomes 30% amber 70% cloudy. My first grow did have airey buds, I do think an extra week could have helped them bulk but the 2nd grow had more dense buds. I assume the sun had something to do with that

And you're growing autos. I've never grown them and I refuse to. But that's me. I've read there's some decent yielding autos out there but if you really want control over your yields get away from them. Buy some good regs or even some fems. Ppl will talk shit about fems but I've always had good luck with them. I've been growing regs lately and I miss the uncertainty of plant count and being able to fill my room. Gonna start hunting for a mom on my next grow.

My plants are bigger after 8 weeks veg so there getting stunted early imo.
The light doesn’t have the power to flower either maybe grab a quantum board setup or something similar when the budget allows that will give you denser buds and stronger veg cycle

Isnt the norm to count start of flowering from the day they are fipped to 12/12?
Has it not aways been this way?
You are a he 2nd person today that ive seen say otherwise and before today ive never seen mention of it

The first thing I notice is that you LST or some sort of trimming and training; with autos everytime you stress them it takes away from the overall plant size as they fight to recover. Basically you want to start them in their final pot and never remove leaves etc. They have a finite period of veg. before they take off and start flowering, you are stealing from this period. Second is that light.

Biggest factors determining yield are;

Pot size

My first grow were photos and I tried to LST the flattest top because I knew the light wasn't that great. The Autos I pretty much grew horizontal as much as I could so I guess that must have been to much stress

You want to avoid pruning or training your autos

Critical Mass is big bud. General rule for big bud is to not bend or top it. Breeders are not talking about this anymore.

GG4, Dosido, strawberry amnesia haze, and many many others enjoy your way of growing. You just happened to pick 2 of the few that doesn't. Try it again non touched

Your biggest problem is your light or lack of it.
Are you growing in a tent, an open space?
How high above the canopy did you hang it?
I couldn't find the specs on your 350 watt light but the 300 watt one only covers a
1ft 6" x 1ft 6" in flower, 2ft x 2ft in veg. ~ 120 real watts.
Is that 1/2 a gram a watt? Ok I suppose.
Are there veg and bloom switches on it?
Maybe you veg them under 50 - 60 watts of blue light with the bloom off?
You need more light.
If you'd only done 1 plant under it you'd a got 60g
And 10 weeks of vegging you say? That's a joke right? Lol

You're using a shit light is the reason. Your light is not 350watts, it's not 300watts. It's like 130 watts. So your yields are a little low but it has nothing to do with pot size, veg time or anything other than using a toy light to grow weed. Get rid of that light and if you can't afford a good LED light just use a cheap HID light. If you did exactly what you did with a 400 HPS you would get around 200 grams.
