Ears hurt after dab?

Title pretty much says it, every now and then after a dab one or both of my ears will have inner pain lasting for a few minutes before eventually subsiding. Doesn't always happen, but when it does the pain is pretty fierce, does this happen to anyone else? when you Google it there's a bunch of people saying this happens to them when smoking flower but not too many talking about it in reference to concentrate.

Oh man don't put dabs in your ears!

Chances are you are dehydrated, fill up on water and the fluid in your ear drain will back faster after a coughing jag.

So like, when my jaw started aching every single time I had a chew; I listened to my body, and I quit. We are all different. Maybe your body is saying "Stop doing that!"??? Just a thought.
