Nitrogen deficiency

Is this a nitrogen deficiency? I'm running organic subcool super soil and this is happening on all my plants! I use tap water but let it sit for couple days and I dont ph my water when I water (tap water is at high 8's low 9's) what should i do and how do i fix it? I've been brewing compost teas and last week sunday i did a bat guano and sea bird guano tea and no luck with them looking any better! Please help

Leaves tend to do that during flower but you still need N(nitrogen) and K(potassium) during flower.

Get your ph in the mid 6 range. I think you have a high ph nutrient lockout.

Maybe get a few bags of compost and mix the stuff right into it and top dress with all of the NPK and some humic acid, etc. I PH at 6.0 just to be safe.

I'm using subcool super soil mix and it has garden lime which is supposed to adjust the ph so I was under the assumption that I didnt need to adjust the ph

It helps the plant absorb the nutes by boosting metabolism.
