Classic case of over-watering?

Hello fellow growers!

I am worried about a few seedlings of mine. This is my first grow, and this may be a classic case of over-watering which seems to be a common noob issue. Over watering is on my mind constantly, but I feel that I water them as little as possible (without complete neglect of course). My problem is two of my smaller seedlings seem to be drooping with the leaf edges slightly curling upward. These plants were grown from fresh, healthy feminized seeds. I am still trying to perfect my methods with no experience except from extensive research online. The thing that has me scratching my head is they appear to be a decent green color, and continue to grow new leaves (as seen in pics). Yet, they have been droopy for 4-5 days now. A little info about my operation:

Grow area: garage
Grow box diameters: 3.5ftx3.5ft wide x 6.8ft tall.
Grow box ventilation: 6 inch duct to light with adequate exhaust fan. Box up one inch from ground allowing fresh intake air to create negative pressure
Circulation: Two shitty desk fans, one above canopy and one below pots
Light source: 600w MH bulb
Average temp: 75-78 degrees F (a little high I know, fighting summer temps)
Light distance: 17 inches
grow medium: fabric 5 gallon pot 35% Ocean Forest, 35% Happy Frog, 30% Perlite Grade #3
nuts: no nutrients have been added
additional chems: no pesticides or any other additives/preventives
Watering habits: Been watering once a day because soil seems to dry out fast. I only water a small circle around the plant knowing the roots haven't expanded to the outer reaches of the pot yet.
Strain: Tutankhamon
Additional Info: All three of these seeds were planted at the same time. Struggler 5 attached image appears to have a yellowish coloring forming

A few mistakes I think I've made thus far:

Visually, I feel like to much perlite was used. I feel like I miscalculated due to the size of the perlite. Maybe I'm wrong?

Plants were to small to transfer to 5g pots (basically as soon as leaves sprouted, I moved them to grow box)

My first plant seems to be doing pretty good (bigger one obviously), but other two are struggling. I'm looking to improve my grow operation, so please don't hesitate to critique, yell at me, or give tips. I'm looking for any advice/improvements I can get. Thanks and I'm glad to join the community!

Let me know of any questions and I will try to post as soon as possible.

thank you, learned my lesson on that one. Buddy of mine yelled at me and told me to move them back to smaller cups but I don't want to add additional stress. Hoping to get more feedback to figure out what to do.

nice! never thought to use clear cups, totally doing that for now on! Question is, should I move my two strugglers tho?
You could also move just 1.
But that's gotta be your call.

Oh ya. Used a lighter to melt the 4 small drain holes on the bottom edges. Cutting holes caused cracks.

Solid over clear protects roots from light.

Yeah, might have to move one back to smaller cup see what happens. My healthy one endured same conditions, same watering, light sch etc. didn't experience sudden drooping and tinted yellow tho. I know the soil i use can cause slight nut burns tho.

For me....Seedlings can go wrong for seemingly no reason. Takes more patience than clones for sure.

Ah now it all makes sense, lol, I should have figured it was a simple solution. I gotta quit getting stoned. Great Idea.

I grow in coco also. It gives aggressive and thick upward growth with vegging in a small pot. I like 1/2 gal to 1 gal pots and watering them once a day for a frequent wet/dry cycle. The pots pack with roots fast. They take right off when you transplant them into a bigger bucket before budding.
