My greenhouse has humidity levels of over 90% in the early mornings.... already found a little bud rot on my granddaddy purple...had to cut a few buds out. I now have 2 big box fans running on that plant. Is there something else I can do to bring it down? Will the humidity levels in the morning get lower as September rolls in? At this point I’m gonna need like 20 fans blowing in there lol

Maybe a dehumidifier and close it at night?

Those leaves turning purple might be temperature related depending on the temp at night...

Hmmm... okay well my daytime temps are around 20 Celsius and nighttime is now dipping down to 10 or so

It is a granddaddy purple so maybe it’s normal for them to look this way? Lmao

On another note, my nuken has pinkish looking pistils sticking out... haven’t seen this before... should I be worried??

I put this exhaust fan on the end of my greenhouse,it keeps the humidity the same as the outside. If your humidity outside is high 90% it might not work.
So I brought my Vivosun fan up to my hoop house and installed it up high on one of the ends and had it blowing air OUT of the space.... humidity this morning was down to 82%!! So it certainly did something! Brought it down at least a good 10% I’d say... my space isn’t fully enclosed yet but I think I will close it in sooner rather than later and bring up a dehumidifier as well and see what that does as supernutz suggested.... I’m hoping with all my other fans and the dehumidifier in an enclosed space will bring the humidity down to more reasonable numbers.

Found more fucking Mold on my granddaddy purple!!! Grrr...

The dehuey would add a bit of heat to help things dry a bit, I would also water early in the day to keep things a bit drier at night when the air holds less moisture. Another fan on the other end would push more air across your plants. The light green color could be because you cut your veg nutes a bit early.

Note that my hoop house is 30 ft x 12 ft x 10 ft high so it’s a big space to try to control...

Any thoughts on the pink pistils?

Why am I seeing so many milky trichomes at week 5-6 of flower? Pistils are still sticking out but I checked and know it’s too early but checked the trichs and I’m seeing A LOT more milky than I was expecting...

Weird??

I looked at the trichs on my granddaddy purple and am seeing mostly cloudy. I’m thinking of harvesting her soon if she is indeed far enough along? Been struggling with bud rot on this one and have cut at least a few ounces of her probably more!

What do you guys think? Choppable?
