Am I watering too much or the wrong way in coco?

Anyone know how I should be figuring out what ppms I should be at ? I understand everything is about the roots... and I’ve been following the feed chart but for mine at week 3 it says 16 ml grow a+b I also use b vitamins and silica so my total ppms end up being around 1400 ppms... should I be diluting the solution down with water to desired ppms in order to keep the “nutrient element ratio”?

Indeed wet/dry rules!
For soil grows I would agree, but coco is a hydroponics medium, with the root of the word (hydro) meaning water. A lot of people think coco is like potting soil, but in reality treating it like rockwool will give you better results, just give adjust the ph sightly higher than you would rockwool.

Thank you sir... and if you don’t mind me asking what does OP mean? Sorry on my first grow so don’t know many of the terms yet?

Do you have an EC or ppm meter? You can't really guess at ppm, you can only measure.

Indeed wet/dry rules! Rootbound coco pots = multi feed ready.
Wet/Dry....The context was root mass development.

Yea I have a ppm meter and ph meter ... right now I’m giving my two biggest plants 800ppm and small ones 500ppm ph at 5.8-6.0
How old are the plants? Pics would help. Desired ppm will be somewhat strain dependent. Some strains don't need much feed, and others just can't get enough. If you water to 10-15% runoff more often you won't have to worry as much about fert buildup. That said, if your runoff is higher ppm than what you are feeding, then you should flush with water and/or cut back feed. Watch the plants, and measure the ph, and you will find what your strain likes. If you see leaf tip burn, give them a good flush. If leaves start to yellow, bump up the feed. You will find what your strain likes. Great thing about coco is you can't over water. I like to add perlite to my coco as well. For low cost you can get a simple drip setup going, and feed multiple times a day. It's worth the investment.

Those small ones in the very left are weird runt seeds that I can’t come to just killing so ima just let them do their thing unless they turn out to be males

Well after taking everyone’s advice here they are so I started to feed Every day in the am no matter if the pots still felt heavy ... I forgot who told me to flush with cal/mag and light solution of 350 ppm but that was clutch to balance out my weird ppm issue ... but that shit worked Better than Plain water... the runt has really taken off ... the younger seedlings man one of them has fan leaves that are super freaking long now ... but I do believe she was lacking some nutes as she was a little pale yellow but I can see the dark green color. Coming back
