no she is like the fake commi that takes all of the peoples wealth and gives it to the rich and herself and her new rich friends.

they are all alike both sides, dont kid yourself. write in ron paul for prez
I am all for Ron Paul, you are preaching to the choir. He is also a republican. I am not for any canidate or party who wants to tax the hell out fo someone because they work hard to be sucessful and "redistribute the wealth " to lazy slackers who do not want to work. Why should hard working people be punished and lazy slackers be rewarded? I am not for any candidate that wants a socialist goverment. We are a democratic capitalist county. Thats what has made America great. They should be talking about legalization of marijauna that would save $7 billion dollars per year instead of punishing hard working Americans. That money could be used else where instead of over taxing the small business man who can barely aford to pay their taxes now.

Not only would legalizing marijuana save them 7 billion per year but they'd rake in about 7 billion more in taxes from sales of marijuana. If they are worried about home growers not being taxed (fat fuckers have to have a piece of everything) then they could sell a "gardening" license.

they make a whole lot more from the drug companies that would not be able to compete in a legal marijuana market, then there is the private prisons, the paper from trees biz, 50% of pesticides go on the cotton crop which would not be competitive with hemp. before fertilizers they used to rotate hemp through fields every 7 years because of the deep rooting of hemp that would remineralize the soils and the reasons go on and on for legalizing it and that is why they dont. check out jack herrers book

I am afraid that the US Gov will never admit they have been lying to us since 1937. That would be a huge blow to the status quo. :fire:

(3) Through birth abroad to ONE United States citizen

In most cases, you are a U.S. citizen if ALL of the following are true:
  • One of your parents was a U.S. citizen when you were born;
  • Your citizen parent lived at least 5 years in the United States before you were born; and
  • At least 2 of these 5 years in the United States were after your citizen parent's 14th birthday*.

This is so sad, all these citizens that don't even know what is required to be considered a citizen. He is a citizen.

The constitution states that you have to be a "natural born US citizen" to be the president. I think that is what the lawsuit is about.

Once again he is a natural born citizen. He meets the requirements. There is no requirement that you have to be born on US soil, just that you have at least one parent that is a citizen, his mother. She lived her for at least five years considering she was born here. She lived her for more than 2 years after she turned 14.

This citizenship arguement is about as weak as the Bill Ayers arguement. Damn just snatching at straws trying to discredit.

Barry Goldwater ran in 1964, was born in Arizona territory before it was a state
George Romney ran in 1968, was born in Mexico
Lowell weicker ran in 1980 was born in India to a father that was British
JOHN MCCAIN was born in Panama Although the Panama Canal Zone was not considered to be part of the United States,[7] federal law states: "Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States."[8] The law that conferred this status took effect on August 4, 1937, one year after John McCain was born — albeit with retroactive effect, resulting in McCain being declared a U.S. citizen.[9]

Straight from your own wikipedia article, what is this list of names? it's a list of people who have run for president even having been born off American soil.

Not really. Obama states himself that he is not a natural born citizen and that he is proud of it, check out the link. I think that when the founding fathers wrote the constitution they ment natural born citizen ment being born on US soil not that because your moma is a citizen means that you are one.

Well they can't really change the rules because you don't like the candidate. . McCain was born in 1936, the citizenship law for Panama where he was born did not take effect until 1937, therefore McCain is not a citizen.
